![]() ![]() having a dude like this in the backcourt with Felton would be sick....his jumpshot is the only thing lacking. Just comparing him to Jason Richardson in Pheonix....Jason is a better 3pt shooter, but alot of times the game calls for a playmaker or finisher and Iggy is better than Jason Richardson. Richardson struggles making decisions if he isn't trying to take the shot. Iggy would instead excell in that role....plus his defense is way better. ![]() I always like Iggy but he is an all world 2nd tier player. Would make a great Pippin to someone's Jordan, but he is a straight up supporting cast member. He is the solid guy you can depend on but won't ever actually "carry" a team.
Different situation, yeah I would take a shot on Iggy. He is what Chandler could become if he got his head and body right. Problem is we got guys who may just be as good or have much higher ceilings this year(Gallo, Slim). If Anthony is off the table somehow, I would consider a Curry for Iggy type move. His contract is kinda heavy though so they aren't getting much more than that. ~You can't run from who you are.~

![]() I'm going to totally flip flop here. Your right... I would take Iggy. I'm being too attached to the guys we have. Iggy at SG would be lights out. It also gives you 3 bigtime defensive players in the backcourt w/ Felton/Douglas/Iggy. You gotta do that.
Here's the thing... how are you making that trade without taking back Elton Brand? If I am Phili I want a nice package of young players and salary relief. "winning is more fun... then fun is fun" -Thibs

![]() He's a lot better than Chander, he's one of the elite point-wings in the league. His only true weakness is outside shooting but a lineup of felton, iggy, and gallo at the 1-3 covers nearly everything we need in those 3 positions.

![]() If Randolph can play center than Igoudala would be great. If we play Gallo at SF on offense then Igoudala could play SG.

![]() Knicks wouldn't rely on iggy to carry the team. The dude definitely is a role guy on a good team. Put him next to Gallo, Amar'e, Felton and Randolph and the Knicks are now high octane. Defensively he would cause havoc as well. Can't ignore his passing ability either. I like this idea better than Melo cuz it fills a position of need and the Knicks keep Gallo and Randolph. Oh baby

I would def send them Curry's contract, Chandler, and of the GS guys minus Randolph... dont see Phili doing that "winning is more fun... then fun is fun" -Thibs

They have Thaddeus young also as the 3. They could use the money to help with the rebuild. there's new coaching and management so their outlook and playing style could change. ![]() Might be better than Melo.
Would you rather have Iggy for the next 4 years 12,13,14,15 Million per or Melo for 16-18 M per for god knows how long we sign him for? Deron Williams, Chris Paul, Iggy/Melo. Young studs we might have a slim chance in getting. Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

![]() Its insane how much knick fans overvalue Wilson Chandler. I like him, i think he's a nice piece and all but if you called up philly with a Chanlder/Curry offer for Iggy - they'd absolutely laugh you off the phone.

Talent wise yes, its not any even match, but when you factor in Iggy's contract it becomes more reasonable. PURE KNICKS LOVE
