HA HA HA HA HA!

I don't think there will be a problem unless somebody wants to make a problem, ... If they really want to make a problem, they're going to have to make a decision about how they want to spend their adult life in terms of playing in the NBA or not.

One masqueraded for yrs as a head coach when he was known by me to only be a glorified assistant who only knew one side of the ball (defense). The other two have jobs coaching the game the other just talks about the game.

If you (DurzoBlint) are a "community poster," this might be a questionable (insensitive) thing to put down.

i think it was a dig at his thick Southern accent... nothing "non-community" about that.

I'll take your word for it.

Avery does come from Louisiana, and does have a rather pronounced accent.

I have a job where you have to be sensitive to this kind of stuff.

To be honest, if I said this in class, and it was not in the context of a lesson on the Jim Crow South, or the South in the decades prior to the Civil Rights Movement, and students reported it or told their parents, my AP or the Principal would probably have a talk to me. I show racist cartoons from historical periods, but it is always within the context of teaching a lesson- it never represents my position.

I'm not the PC Police- just pointing out one side of the issue.

If I go after playa2 because of all his "community" stuff, I have to make a comment on this. (and his choice of coaches and their races was deliberate on his part- I know it.)

Sorry to annoy.
