Funny,
Lebron never been arrested, never done anything stupid legally.
Never been quoted a racist remark.
Does not have paternity suites, been caught cheeting, arrested or accused for rape, DUI or drugs. He or his group has not been accused of shooting, beating or stabbing anyone. His dogs don't fight. His dogs does not eat or eat childrens ears. No Steroid talk. He comes to training camp on time. Does not crash motorcycles or have mishaps on a docked boat. Does not break bones in fights. Does not shoot his limo driver or bring guns to work.
Does not cheat on his taxes, over speand, he pays his bills. Takes care of things. He is charitable.
He leaves a team to play for less money. We all complain that "all these guys do is care about money, not winning"! Who leaves for less money?
when a guy says he leaves for winning, its "he does not care about us, his fans!!!"
This is new. Players catch all kinds of hell from fans when they don't "WIN", but this is different.
When your the King you can say what you want, do what you want and get away with it.
"Its good to be King" so proclaimed Mel Brooks!
Maybe Lebron has grown up a bit and does not want to be the king anymore. Now he wants to be part of a democracy. One by which he wants public aproval and the only real way to be substantial is to have the cred of being a champion.
He is called "Coward" by those he scorned. Thats a natural reaction by many. Rejection is a hard thing to digest. Naturally we have to blame someone. Cleveland blames lebron, NY blames Walsh and Lebrons lack of "Courage" (Say it like the Wizard of Oz lion!) Chicago blames Dwade for playing them but is ok. Jersey don't care cuz its not brooklyn, News papers will call Lebron names to sell more papers. Gilbert will deflect to save his ass.
But in the end its just a 25 year old star that fans let itself think he was part of the public domain.
Lebron is not Michael.
The King wants to be the president or prime minister. He could have handled it better no doubt. He is not the only one. Lots of "Blame" to be shared.
The crown ain't for everyone!
