I tend to agree with you. I just can't see the Miami thing at all...He stages this big a show and makes this big a deal only to say he's prepared to take the easiest way out possible and go down to 'Wade County' to jump on this man's coattails??? Man, talk about anti-climatic if that's the case...
He either shows the loyalty and stays put (which I would have no prob with -- except I don't see that going down), or he decides to go to a team with a brighter future than the Cavs where he can start over but still be the man in charge -- NY, NJ or Chicago...I still think we're the place to go --- the bright lights & a big city should appeal to a guy who calls himself the King, we're on the right track to winning finally (thanks in large part to the Amar'e signing, a few underrated young support players already in place that fit around him perfectly btw, and some more cap space we can open up next year for another big-time player) and he still has the best off-the-court financial earning potential in NY with some $30,000,000+ people deep (tri-state area total) that would instantly be caught up in a mega-frenzy with him here..Man I couldn't care less if he goes to Miami, I really mean that...I get the NBA package every year and if it came down to it on a night where I was bored and the Knicks were off, choice to watch the Miami Heat or the Memphis Gizzles, I'd choose to watch the Grizzles..I mean that wholeheartedly...
Wade is a mega-star - it's his team, his city down there and he just got his sidekick. Won't be about 'Bron down there and it never will be. He won't be the King down there, i can tell you that. Wade's the King of South Beach. End of story..LeBron James is a coward in my book if he decides to go down to Miami now after all of this nonsense...We'll see soon enough..
