...that he has more than one very close source (who he said would no longer be sources if he gave their names) who told him that LeBron to the Knicks is a done deal.

Take it for what it is worth. Doherty is not the sharpest guy around- told a caller the other day that Boozer played the 5, but he had been a strong believer that James was going to NJ until today.

Perhaps true. But many of the other key FAs have made decisions, and things are probably finalized at this point, so who knows what info has leaked out.

I put this in the box with all the other rumors, but lets face it, there are many more positive rumors coming out now than over the past month or so.

Now Stephen a Smith spoke to Bill Doherty and said his sources told him Lebron going to Miami with Wade and Bosh.

There was another guy on the show and he feels Lebron going to Miami too.

Lebron wants to win a ring next yr and joining miami would be the best chance.

With only stoudamire, knicks will not be championship bound immediately and not safe with Mike Dantoni's system( lack of defense).

I think he's headed to Miami.. Bosh, Wade and Lebron has been talking about joining forces since the olympics.

this does not look good for knicks..

His #1 priority is to win a championship and he strongly feels he'll get it with Wade and Bosh.

Now, there is a sign and trade in the works getting rid of Beasley, Chalmers, 2 1st round picks toronto for Bosh. .

ESPN Spin Zone--- only way they can make up for all of the anti-Lebron to NY crap is to act as though this is all a charade to increase the anticipation of the "Decision". It doesn't make much of a show if everybody already knows...
