Yeah. we're due for a win, Don Chaney notwithstanding.

Are Doleac and Sweetney really still on IR? Assuming we want to win (Leaving aside the Chaney issue) wouldn't it be helpful to have Doleac?

I am more concerned about chemistry issues. Will Marbury fit in tonight and work a fluid offense or will he play like he's in the western conf (phoenix)with young studs.? If Frank gets run tonight y'all will see how much leadership he really has.

Sweetney at 275 eh? He's playing over the 265 that he was at in college. Still, I hope Chaney takes my advice and gives him some playing time to boost his confidence.

Anyway, Chaney should get fired regardless of whether the Knicks win or lose tonight. He should've been fired yesterday. He should've been fired a season and a half ago. Well anyway, I hope we win tonight. We can't afford to fall 10 games before .500. Milwaukee beat us twice this year in games where we seemingly ran out of gas. Hopefully we can matchup with their athleticsm tonight. Marbury needs to do a good job vs. TJ Ford who hurt us with his quickness this year.

chaney will not get fired until after the dallas game-thomas would not subject a new coach to a first game against dallas

Does everyone remember how we lost the first 2 Milwaukee games? Both times we were extremely competitive all set to win until Chaney pulled out Deke at the end of the 4th. As soon as that happened Milwaukee's players started getting to the hoop scoring on layups and getting rebounds off of missed baskets. Chaney's reason for pulling Deke was, "He couldn't guard anyone in that lineup. They were too quick for him!"

1) what kind of a coach says that about his own player? Isn't he even worried about making the player unhappy. He might not care about hurting the palyers confidence by saying that but isn't he scared that he might create personal problems by saying something like that?

2) it doesn't matter if they were taking us off the dribble because Deke can block shots once they get to the hoop! He is really good at doing that!

3) He takes out the best rebounder on our team allowing Milwaukee to grab offensive boards easy.

I wonder what he does in this game in the 4th quarter!

Who is gonna check the red hot Toni Kukoc if they make him play center at crunch time DEKE or KT? Either way they will get schooled because he is too good.

Good post Silver. Chaney is way to concerned about how we matchup against them rather than thinking about how they matchup against us. Mutumbo's size and paint presence is intimidating even to an athletic team like Milwaukee and no one on the Bucks can box Deke out regularly.
