Burn bridges? How did Mike burn this bridge? The fat **** is always injured!
Exactly. I agree with Panos 100%.
I'm not concerned about this one bit. If they do get together at some point soon, I gotta believe LeBron will look at the whole situation rationally if Curry does decide to open his mouth & bash Mike. I gotta believe LeBron knows who D'Antoni is and what he's all about as a head coach by now, esp. having played for him in the Olympics a few times already. So many good players have the guy's back around the league - that's a big plus for us actually...And if he decides to do some more homework on him I doubt seriously he'll put much stock in whatever Curry has to say and stop there. I mean call up and talk to Gallo, talk to TD, talk to Duhon (a guy D'Antoni was loyal to to a fault for more than a season and a half), talk to Lee who became an all-star under D'Antoni, talk to Steve Nash who became a league MVP under D'Antoni, talk to Zach Randolph & Jamal Crawford (both of whom thrived under the man)..Those are only some of the guys he'll wanna speak to in order to get the full scoop. On the flip side, it doesn't take a detective to see exactly what Curry's been up to the past couple of seasons: completely disinterested, unmotivated, overweight, and injury prone to the Nth degree (with the flukiest of injuries no less). I really believe Mike intended to play the guy multiple times (even for no other reason than to try and get his trade value up so the team could have a chance at dumping him)...Wasn't Mike's fault, it was fat Eddy who just didn't work himself back hard enough and proved to not be ready and unable to go time after time. Has nothing to do with Mike...As far as I'm concerned, Curry hasn't earned a penny of his ridiculous contract the past two seasons..Period. The last two years at least - I'd argue that he was nothing special before that, even when he was being force-fed the ball in Isiah's offense...I wouldn't worry at all about what Curry has to say -- whatever this bum says I'm sure Lebron takes with a big grain of salt. F Eddy Curry man -- I've never been more disappointed in a professional athlete on one of my teams in my life more than this loser...
A big telling point with Curry btw and what he's all about: Coming out and dismissing buyout talks several weeks ago. Why was he so dead set against a buyout recently??? Answer that for us Eddy. That just shows the lack of motivation right there. He already knows he doesn't have what it takes to play for this coach -- Earth to Eddy: YOU'RE DONE HERE YOU CHECK-COLLECTING SLOB. NOBODY WANTS YOU AROUND ANYMORE!!! This guy hasn't showed a damn thing the past couple of years to convince D'Antoni, or anyone else (the fans, the team's owner, other team's around the league etc.) any different. So I ask, if he knows he doesn't belong anymore, why not take 80% of your salary on a buyout and go work hard somewhere else where you have a shot at reinventing yourself?? Isn't that the logically move for this guy right now?? That's what I'd be thinking about doing. I'm mean it's obvious he doesn't fit here anymore and hasn't since Isiah got canned..Instead the Big Kahuna dismisses the buyout rumor a few weeks ago and appears ready to go through another season, his contract year no less, just floundering around again collecting checks? Is that you're plan Eddy? LOL...Dude's a loser man. I would've had my agent put together a buyout already WEEKS AGO and right now I would've been in the gym working hard, eventually hoping to audition for anyone that was interested and working toward getting my career back on track..This dud is a B-U-M. Bum. Plain and simple. There's not a person out there that doesn't know it too.
