We will get Lebron and Bosh.

- Lebron is a Jordan that needs is Pippen. NY is the place he can get it, not Cleveland, an aged flawed team with a worrying future.

- Bosh is an awesome second guy, a Pippen. He's not a Jordan and he knows that. He has a calm demeanor that would surely be relieved to have a Lebron in the spotlight taking the heat instead of him.

- They both have been playing under crappy coaches, they have the opportunity to play for one of the best offensive masterminds in basketball. For those who doubt this, read 7 sec or less, read comments from the Dream teamers about D'Anthony. The Suns are his creation, make no mistake about it. NY is the place they can have that kind of great coach.

- Money won't be an issue. What they lose in salary they'll make back in endorsements or business opportunities.

- Most of the NBA teams play in souless arenas, empty seats, hockey fan crowd. The Garden is a place of Legend, the fans have been there during bad times and remained. The fans hvae endured Layden, Thomas, Curry's driver and the ''I am the best PG in the league'' kind of times, and still came to the Garden. The place can rock like nowhere else. As a star, this is the place where you want to play basketball.

- The city is, well, the most incredible city in the world. NY is a running heart filled with passion. It never walks, it nver sleeps, it never stops. You're a young millionar, this is the place where you want to be.

- Legacy. Think about your carreer as a player. What do you want to be remembered for? 'Cause, you know, they all want to be remembered for something. Bring a title to NY, you will enter the legend. You will put a shadow on Jordan's statue. Forget Chitown, forget LalaLand. Bring a title to NY, and you will be forever King.

I'm not a pink colored glasses kind of guy. It's just that it makes too much sense. Lebron and his Pippen, whoever will he be, know that there are lifetime opportunities that you can't miss. Attention starving gifted basketbal players know that too.

Nobody can win it all alone. Jordan needed Pippen and Jackson,Pierce needed Allen and KG, Kobe needed Gasol and Jackson again, Wade needed Shaq, Riley and the referees.

All you have, Lebron, is Mike Brown, a sucking city, a bloated cap, fans that need prerecorded ''D-Fence'' chants to make up for their absence.

All you have in Cleveland is what you are.

It just makes too much sense.

considering they both quit and they are both boys, yes, I too am confident.

That said, I don't dig quitters. Happy about the upgrade, not pleased with the people.

Though I wouldn't call LeBron "Jordan." Jordan would NEVER bite his finger nails like a scared schoolgirl

I have to admit, I'm also pretty confident about July 1st. Just got to hope Boston finishes the job on Thursday.

Im confident Lebron will be in the tri-state area next season. I also have a strong feeling if Lebron comes to the Knicks then McGee(C) and Arenas(SG/PG) will be joining him this summer.

I see Gallo as our stretch "4" OR S&T'd to Toronto for Bosh. I still dont see Bosh taking a less than 6yr deal.

Never before have so many in New York been rooting for the Celtics!

But if Lebron can't beat the Celts who are way over the hill, what chance do we have with lebron on our squad next year?

Don't get me wrong. I'd be happy to have Lebron. I just think fan's expectations next year were he to come here will be dashed.

I have nover ever rooted for the Celtics. We as Knick fans must root for them tomorrow night. Lebron probably already knows that his team is not that good but a 2nd round loss will surely convince him. If WINNING is the only criteria, then he cannot possibly stay in Cleveland.

Can he win in NY? Well, he can get the sidekick of his asking and he will have some very nice young pieces to build with in Will, Gallo and TD. NY has the makings of a good core.

I think it will happen.

Bitchassness at it's finest. Kobe pulled the same crap a few years ago. If you want to be "THE MAN" then act like it.

Patrick Ewing did it too. It's not something you tell the media. LeBron James' teammates must feel like crap right now.

I pity the fools. Lebron looked like he already threw in the towel last night (i.e., on his coach, his mates, his city). He has the demeanor of a guy who read the writing on the wall and has moved his attention on to the future. Does anyone doubt that means NYK? I don't. Go Celtics go!

(disclaimer: My rooting for the Celtics is a one-time-only necessity for this round of the playoffs. It has no bearing on any future activities of that franchise and I plan to fully restore hatin on them when they beat the Cavs tomorrow night.)

That, and its helping Lebron change zip codes in the off season!

Before being the greatest ever, Jordan was also known to be a whiny bitch that had other players to be traded because they couldn't catch his passes. ;)

But... Quitters? Really? What does Lebron really owe to Cleveland that would warrant him to stay in this crappy town, crappy team, crappy coach?
Regarding Bosh, this team signed Turk to become their next Vin Baker. The team is headed nowhere. Why should Bosh stay?

If your company sucked despite your talent and countless efforts, would you stay there or would you find another job some place else?

I know I would leave for sure, and I'm no quitter.

Don't get me wrong. I'd be happy to have Lebron. I just think fan's expectations next year were he to come here will be dashed.

His team sucks far beyond ours. I'll take a Gallinari over anyone they have. He's got talent, guts and a high potential. The cavaliers are all scrubs and has beens.

And I do think Lebron is hurt more than they say because he seems to shy away from contact. Very unusual for a guy that is built like a truck and drove fearlessly all season long. Compare the 1st and 2nd round stats. Celtics D isn't that good.

But Man, hell do I root for them.

Nobody never won alone. He knows it, we all know it. He just really accepted the fact that he is freaking alone there. Pretty scary though...

So crazy how one really bad LeBron performance, and with Bosh marinating at home watching the playoffs like the rest of us, this goes from a fantasy to a possible reality for me. Feels like how the weather has been here in NYC: hot one day, cold the next.

I will say that everyone has bad games, and maybe LeBron is just doing his version of the Laker Lightswitch, playing with his prey and almost letting it get away. OKC and Celtics are good teams, let's not forget to give them credit. Ray Allen is a cold-blooded killer, he shot the hearts out of the Cavs arena. Everyone just sitting around -- particularly the Cavs bench -- with their mouths open looking at LeBron.

+1 to the sentiment imagining if he had a game like this on the Knicks, the wailing in the streets of New York, and the gnashing of teeth on blogs, sports talk radio & TV will be insane. Hope dude can get some thicker skin than Patrick Ewing. And you always knew that dude was giving his best, because he was sweating buckets! Don't think he was a nailbiter.

I might actually go into a Boston fan bar and watch this game tomorrow.

Thank you!!! People tend to forget what Jordan was like before the Championships. Any great player who is stuck on a team with no help is gonna be in the same spot that Lebron is in now.

In terms of what will happen when he comes to NY, I can tell you that I fully expect that we'll build a better team than he has now. In fact i'm confident that in two years we'd have a championship level team if he came here. For one thing at most you need 2-3 top tier players and we can actually take care of that this summer with the addition of Lebron and Bosh. You add those guys to our core now and that is a really good team. We tend to sell our own players short, but Gallo & Chan are very good players on the rise. We'd just need a banger or 2 to make sure we could handle the bigger rosters. There's no way that if Lebron came here we'd be as weak as the team he has now around him. Your top 7 guys make all the difference.

If the Lebron' supporting cast is so terrible how were they able to win 61 games? If the sole reason is Lebron than how come he's being absolved of blame when the Cavs perform poorly during the playoffs? You guys want to have it both ways all the credit goes to Lebron for regular season and all the blame for the Post season goes to his teammates. Seems to me that's messed up logic.

Knick fans you either have standards and ways of judging players or you don't. If the Cavs turn this thing around and go on to win a Championship there will be no mention of Lebron's teammates just how great he is.

The more time goes, the more confident I am
