I'm pretty much in total agreement with your list, but I doubt all of those dumps will be gone. I wouldn't be surprise if House and Sergio will be around after the dust clears.

This helps the Raptors not the Knicks.

No thanks.

Great idea! I wonder if Toronto would be willing to include Jose Calderon in a S&T with Chris Bosh. Jarrett Jack is their starter and has a much cheaper contract. I think Calderon here would be awesome!

only way to even think of getting me back is to bring bargnani to save the franchise.

jose calderon would be a great pg for d'antoni. curry will never play a game and douglas is a backup.

i don't know if he'll play again. he might be one of those athletes that walk away on top rather than a few years too late.

but he'll be back for the jersey retirement ceremony tho...

fish, I usually agree with your post, but I can see people wanting bosh over lee.. Bosh is just the better player.. plain and simple.. but for me it comes down to money.. bosh at 17 mil is not as attractive as lee for 12 mil.. but bosh for 14 mil is a no brainer over lee...

The rapts would just love to dump calderon who under achieve (in there eyes) enormously, his contract ( for his production) at this point is horrendous. I would rather have Jaret Jack

he only has 3 years on his deal. he may not be an ideal fit for toronto right now but he is for many other teams. imagine him in memphis or the lakers? he's not a bad player. he's just not the right fit for the raptors right now since he and hedo don't mesh.

Calderon is not a great player. He's not even good enough to warrant giving up on a rookie in Douglas who has shown great promise.

Curry never playing again is no longer an issue now that he is an expiring contract. Trading him for Calderon does nothing but actually limit our assets even further. Throwing in Douglas to make it happen is horrible.

Knicks will either sign who they can and then use Curry's expiring in trade. Or they will sign who they can and let Curry expire and use that space in 2011. Or they will sign who they can and buy Curry out for 2M less to make those signings happen.

Your proposed trade is horrendous for the Knicks.

I have also read plenty of Raptor forums to see that the fans do not like Calderon, have blamed him for playing selfish, and hate his contract.

The only thing the Knicks would want from Toronto are Bosh (who would probably end up in Chicago first) or Bargnani (who isn't going anywhere).

99% of raptors posters are dumb idiots like 99% of knicks posters.

what you get from calderon: a pg that can run an offense and can shoot a great percentage. d'antoni needs a pg like that and there are not that many available. tell me a pg that's available that is better for d'antoni.

I'm sure there are enough that aren't locked into a ridiculous contract that you're so eager to dump on us and take our coveted rookie filled with promise in return. If he's so damn good why do YOU want him gone for Eddy's expiring and Douglas? Yeah, because you don't like him EITHER.

Now, please, keep your Raptors trash on the Raptors where it belongs.

Player 2009/10 2010/11 2011/12 2012/13

Yeah, he's all yours.

why show the 09/10 contract? that season is over. it's only 3 years after this one. and really only 2 if you want to trade him as an expiring. he's better than any knicks guard that's for sure. and it doesn't hurt your 2010 plan in the slightest. but whatever...
