I'm in Miami working right now, the vibe out here is that D Wade is a goner for sure. Apparently he has sold his house and is living out of hotels.

It's between the Knicks and the Bulls. I think if the Knicks strike out on Lebron, Wade will come, followed by Mello in 2011. I have a hard time seeing Wade go to Chicago playing alongside Rose a very similar slashing type guard when he could come to the bright lights of NY.

Wade already has his Chip, I think right now its about that shine for him... Let's see what happens, but im calling it.. my bet is on Wade switching teams this summer.

Wade's pretty much all by himself down there in Miami.

I do think he prefers Chicago though. Him playing beside Derrick Rose is pretty scary.

He's going to Chicago, its his hometown and he'll play with Rose. They've got crazy cap room.

Its damn near a done deal, much better possibility than Lebron coming here. Besides, Wade doesnt even like NY.

Wade recently bought a rather understated pad in his hometown of Chicago, so maybe he is just trying to go back to his humble roots. So far no one has bid on the Miami property, but 4,500 people have looked at the listing. We hope on of them is Riley, who will then flip the property and offer it as part of a new contract to keep Wade in Miami.

imagine if Chicago signs Wade & works out a S&T with Phoenix for Amare? that team would be sick!

our only chance to compete w/that would be if Lebron & Bosh were to end up in NY this summer.

That might even be our best chance at LeBron and Bosh... considering if those two see Wade and Amare team up, what do you think they will wanna do?

Wade from Chicago and has bought a house there. I don't think he is an NY guy and wants to play here. The Bulls have cap space and a potential franchise guy in Rose already playing there. A Rose and Wade backcourt would be pretty damn good. If he leaves, Chicago is his destination.

It might work, but more likely it doesn't. Those two make a crowded backcourt. They both need the ball in their hands.

no idea what's gonna happen this summer but i sure would feel a lot better about our chances of landing bigtime talent if we had assets to offer up in sign & trades.

I dont see Wade turning down that 6th year sorry. Odds of a 31 yr old Wade getting a max extension on a five year deal is slim considering it would push his contract until he is 35 yrs old.

No disrespect but the vibe in a city means little. The vibe in NYC is that we are getting Lebron. See what I mean?

I get the same Vibe. He is too big for Miami and is there national treasure. I went to a game last week that place has no energy and the fan base sucks.

I don't think Lebron can stay in Cleveland if Wade is going to play with Deng, Rose, Noah. He can't beat that team.

Good for us either way.

The madening thing about the Knicks is you see Gallo be aggressive and he can take over games and almost win it by himself. Then he dissapears. If toney, wilson and gallo have another player out there to really draw attention they can clean up every night. If you retain walker mcgrady and giddens for 5 million combined and bring back Lee and add a big veteran for 2 million you got a serious squad.

You guys seem to be leaving out the possibility that Miami signs Amare or Bosh and Wade is thrilled to stay there. Miami also has cap room.
