Well we're just going to have to play a bit smaller the rest of the year. It's no big deal. These trades aren't meant to salvage this long dead season.

So it's really not an issue.

We'll simply see Gallo and Chandler at the 4 more. We know Chandler can play the 4.

If Bender and Cardinal (if he's still here by the end of the day - re: Nate Trade hinges on cutting him or not) have anything to give they'll get time.

I think Landry is the mysterious second Knick heading to the Celtics.


Hey, it is what it is. More minutes for Gallo is all as long as he's up to it. More Al Harrington.

The minutes will get filled in. No worries.

Oh and I doubt Curry plays ever again in NY. Done for the year I bet and I bet we waive 9M in front of his 11M contract once he picks the option up in July and bye bye Eddy and hello 2M more cap space. At least, that's how I see things happening with him. Can't think of any other options now.

It's not a given that we're getting Walker and Cardinal is getting waived.

My guess is that the bottom four guys on that list don't play. I am hoping some d-league guys are brought in but I don't think D'Antoni would give them any playing time.

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

for starting lineup, i'd like to see:

bench: Toney, Harrington, Bender, Walker if healthy.

edit: forgot about House, he'll definitely get minutes under Mike.

small, but potentially much improved on offense.

Hahn said Shelden Williams (tellem client) might be the one coming back from Boston and not Walker.

Not that Williams is anything special but he'd give 8 minutes of rest per game so we don't kill any of our players.

If we do finalize the Nate trade I think we have to waive Cardinal to make space if it's a 3 for 2 coming back.

The Knicks have acquired Eddie House from the Celtics.

House will play off the bench as part of the Knicks' new hideous eight-man rotation. We're expecting about 15-20 minutes per game, but the roles of Tracy McGrady and Chris Duhon are completely up in the air. Leave House on waivers for now, but owners in need of treys should keep an eye on the situation.

...too bad our first game is against the white hot Oklahoma City team. holy moley. durant may break tmac's knee the first time he catches him in a one on one. that OKC defense is going to be tough.
