Moochie has 3 more years (one more than Spoon) and Amaechi only has 1. I don't like taking on Moochie's contract at all...personally I think Ward is better. Moochie can't really shoot. We were better of buying out Spoon...

Obviously this also spells the end of Doleac. I wonder if we can get something good for him. I also think Isiah couldn't have been to impressed with Sweetney's last two games, though he had to go on IR if they were gonna open up 2 spots.

I dont get it!! I guess Zeke wants speed @ the pg.. Charlie and eisley are pretty much done... Moochie has incredible speed, great ballhandler but horrible defender....

I feel you. But it's clear that Zeke isn't going to blow up the team. So that leaves him with nothing else to do but try to improve it for a playoff run.

We all realize that playing like this, these boys can go to the eastern conference finals. And what we needed was another good guard, not another powerforward. So those needs are addressed.
Let it be known: I believe in the Knicks this year-- deep into the playoffs, I swear to you my brothers...

the dude is fast. defense is all psychological, as long as you can move your feet.

I guess Norris is our backup 2 for now. But that doesnt hide the fact that he's really small and can't really shoot.

He's can hit big shots. Don't we already have enough guys who are supposed to be 'shooters'? And when could Clarence Weatherspoon ever hit shots?

It's kind of amusing that just a few months ago there were reports that Layden considered Doleac "untouchable." Supposedly, Portland and Denver had interest.

Sweetney needs to get in shape.

It's ok to have a small 2 in Moochie , remember we have Deke to funnel guys to.Plus we have another guy who can handle the rock on the break.

There is no roster space for Smith now....I think Amechi will be released. Doleac is a good shototer he will stick.

So Rich, if Denver came back with that same proposal for Doleac, would you do it??? Doleac for Rodney White, young 6'8 Sf with talent..

Believe me he can move his feet alright but not on defense. Ever watch him defend his opponent???? He's full of energy and so quick on offense.. He's so offensive-minded that it hurts his defense..

i like the trade.. knowing that Zeke is pushing eisley farther and farther out of the rotation leads me to believe that he is close to moving him. if not, he must have a deal for fwill or vujaric.
