The one position we dont need more of. We just got rid of a PF, why add another? What, not enough depth at that position? Comon.

IMO he's preparing to make a move. He'll end up trading one or more of the PFs we now have for a smaller SG type player, which could be why Leon Smith is getting signed.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

maybe thomas feels he can already move mcdyess and harrington or sweetney.. with the buyout of weatherspoon, they will be in need of a backup pf.

exactly, this is a low cost, low risk,potentially high reward move....

After all the drama Spree showed us one would think re-grouping in a different direction on a temporary basis is the first call of order.

Not that LS would be any problem playing in New York, the City is completely different than the CBA or Developmental League. He may want to go Euro before NBA as some kind of ladder progression.

Sounds right bobby. I dont want Leon either. I dont think that Psycho can be controlled by out team leaders H2O, KVH or Dice. I think he will be a locker room killer.

yeah, spoon! anyhoot, word has it leon will be signed to a 10 day contract, then maybe a second. if he pans out, 1 year deal. & amechie will be bought out. i have no problem w/that.

Because NBA players only do stupid things when they are young and Rodman, Rasheed, Rider, Damon, Glenn Robinson, Shawn Kemp, Ruden Patterson etc..didn't do anything wrong when they got older? What exactly were you trying to say about my homophobic side?

I'm just happy we finally have a GM that will make GOOD BASKETBALL CHOICES. If Smith pans out than cool. I think Zeke will undo all the thrash that Layden did. People will be traded and waived for real talent and ballers. DRAFT DAY WILL BE GREAT......
