Yeah, it is gonna be on MetroTV.

I was on the phone with knicksbb10 and he was too pissed about not getting the game on his Direct TV. He'll be coming by to watch the game. He might as well, because if MSG and Metro gets blocked on January 1st by Time Warner, I am gonna have to peep the games at his or someone else's house who has Cablevision or Direct TV.

With the changes that are going on, I am anxious to see who steps up.
The Knicks should go into tonight's remembering with the crap that T-Mac said at the start of the season. FWill is gonna go off on Tyronn Lue tonight. Maybe he'll drop a double-double.

Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

I think I read an article which stated that MSG will not come off of Time Warner Cable for the time being. I believe it was one-month extentions.

The test is not against Tyrone Lue who doesn't start anymore, but aginst NY native Rod Strickland this is gonna be sompin ...old school against new school.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

its on Metro again! Every time they play on Metro they end up winning and I get to freaking miss the game! Whats the deal? If Eisley doesn't start the knicks dont win the game. The record should be a clear indication that Eisley is far superior to anyone else!

Stop bein' cheap and get Cablevision... the more subscribers, the more money we have to afford Kobe next year.
Let it be known: I believe in the Knicks this year-- deep into the playoffs, I swear to you my brothers...

or how about, lets all stop and switch to some other provider. The more money Dolan loses the better the chances he will sell the team.

A key game tonight- as it will give the Knicks a 3 game win streak post the Sprewell horrors. Orlando is a team we should've already beaten twice this year, but the first game we gave away. They have played well recently, and it will be interesting to see if the Knicks can force McGrady into having a poor shooting night. Van Horn/Houston werent exploited as badly as some might've thought in the first two games. In fact Van Hord had a terrific game in game 1, and I can see it happening again tonight given his recent string of confidence. I agree with what is stated above regarding Williams. He is an X-factor vs. Orlando tonight as they havent really had to contend with him.

I know the Knicks can fool you, But I
checked the shedule and I see we can
really make some ground. If you look
at the end of the shedule it might be now or never.

The truth is, this team does fight.

The "soft" label is a little exagerated. The turnovers, and the coaching have sunk this team. Not to mention chemistry and the Injuries. Because I know kurt is tough. And Deke And Dice! And Shandon And dont forget The Hiesman Trophy winner himself! One of the so called Choir Boys! Ha HA !
AND I guess Allan and Keith are just scared to death out there.

I think the better question is, Who on this team wants to be a CHAMPION?

Right now we have great depth and balance. KVH is hot... and Orlando is one of those teams that simply has no answer for a player like him. (see the first game of the season)

McDyess gives us a quality big man off the bench with some scoring punch. His presence seems to make our second unit a lot stronger since he's a 2-way player with athleticism, that is... if his knee is feeling good.

The Knicks should be able to beat up Gooden/Howard inside with our size and depth. Mutombo hasn't seen big minutes lately--- neither has Doleac, but both could be huge in playing spot minutes by putting pressure.

Shandon Anderson's D on T-Mac will probably play a role in the outcome of this game, though I kind of expect FW to get some time on last year's leading scorer.

I don't think "Soft" is right either - I think they've been under motivated. The fact that Houston basically game out and said they are playing harder because of Zeke tells you Chaney has not got these guys working hard enough. Hopefully, the Zeke effect and some wins will keep em motivated.

I think they are being called soft because they shy away from banging inside and making their presence felt. That is differnt from playing hard (playing like you want to win) or not being motivated. Thomas is and he never backs off. (ex: Ben Wallace and him kinda went at it) and neither does Deke. Our leaders however KVH and H2O are just not that type of players. They dont bang the ball or play punishing defense.

The coach is at fault too but I think KVH and H2O are inherently timid. Not in a bad way, but they are timid and soft. Sometimes that works out the other times it doesn't thats all. Lorenzen Wright, Rasheed, Dale Davis and Jerome James are not soft but they dont play hard night in and night out. H2O and KVH are soft but play hard.

Good post, Silver. You cleared that issue right up!.

Oh yeah, I mentioned Ty Lue in my last post, when I should have said Rod Strickland. FWill should play solid against him too, though. Rod is good but he's old. He may not go for FWill's fakes, but FWill should be able to blow past him with dribble moves and spin moves...

we're easily the best team in the east! Indiana and Jersey got nothing on us. Neither of them are as deep!

it's the Rebirth of the '99 New York Knicks excitement!!
