Could it be the 3 days of practice aggravated his back ? Surgery went well, he was stated that his back was 100 %. I mean the kid is 21 yrs old with a bad back. #6 overall .

Did anybody hear anything concerning him laying on his back most of the game ?

Nash does it, but he's 3900 yrs old Gallo is 21.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

It could be his back or it could be a result of the horrible mismatch that exists between D'Antoni's offense and the talent level of this team.

He looks ridiculous out there other than a game and a half or so of this year.

Does he think there's a rule against moving without the ball? He looks like a lineman waiting for Eli Manning to get through with his "Omaha!" audible calls.

Move kid, move! You're the most efficient shooter on the team, get the ball.

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

Interesting that his back would stiffen up after the longest break the team has had since the season started. Coincidence- or cause?

I would love to see the rehab/training routine they have for him. Was he getting in some extra work that might have caused a problem?

Makes no sense that there would be no problem until this break. He played 3 games in 5 days a short time ago, and in the final game of the 3 he had his best performance. (19pts 10reb)

He also played 4 games in 6 days, and there was no real drop in production.

watch him over the next couple of weeks. If its a one-off no worries, it happens. If its a lingering thing trade him to GS for Randolph and lett Nellie play him at center

You know he's never going to completely be rid of this. The thing you want to do is manage it properly. You can throw your back out picking up a feather! Like others have said we just have to see if it's a minor occurrence or something more serious. This is still just year one and most players take up to a year to fly recover. No pain doesn't mean he's in prime shape! He still needs a full off season of work to strengthen his core and legs. You can tell by how he runs that there still relatively weak.

Remember how Wade looked when he 1st came back? Now he's fully healed and has his strength and explosion back! It takes more time than this.

Maybe we should be more forgiving of wilson too

Why is Danillio Gallanari again being substituted and the knicks playing so well so early in the game and then you look over to the sideline and he's laying on his back. WHAT DID I TELL YA !

Marv Albert and Mike Fratello discussed Gallo early in the game (I'm watching the NETS broadcast just for a change of pace).

They said he is suffering from continuing back spasms.

Sad...that as a fan I have to get the update on Gallo's problems from the Nets announcers because our own franchise is trying to hide Gallo's situation (for whatever silly reason) from us.

Gallo just went up for the 2hand facial on Lopez, albeit he got blocked, his back didn't look too stiff there...

Strange... isn't it.

Not something a fan of the team should be gloating about, if it really is true.

Gallo has a poor game against Indy, he gets criticized. He has a nice game against the Nets, he gets criticized. Guy scores 30 in another game, he gets criticized.

What's a 21 yr old Italian boy who had back surgery earlier this year got to do to find love from some "fans?"

That is not something he can, or could have done, so why not move on, judge him on the court, and not create threads unworthy of the 5 seconds it took me to click on and read before realizing I was wasting my time.

if injuries determined a prospect's worth i guess Blake Griffin must be a bust.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.
