We used to always say that the mark of a good coach is when the team has a well-drawn out play after a timeout. When was the last time we actually saw that? Its always drive and kick, a desperation shot, or a turnover. I'm sorry, I understand this team is full of middle class mercenaries due to 2010... but they really should be better than this. A good coach, and this team might have 3 wins.
good adjectives. What adjectives would you use to describe the skill and talent levels of the players on this roster? No need to break it down player by player... just glancing at the 9-10 rotation guys from a talent and skill standpoint. How would you describe the group over all?
Words like mediocre, atrocious and well below average come to my mind.
What coach is going to change this? Lenny Wilkins is a great chemistry guy.. lets try him. Larry Brown is a great defense and fundamentals guy... lets try him. Isiah is the great players guys... lets try him. DAntoni is the great offense guy... lets try him.
See a pattern?
Whats coaching got to do with it??? Whats coaching but a 2nd hand emotion?
We need better players. When we have those and the team looks lost lets talk X's and O's
