Good morning That is why Orlando who went to the finals last year was willing to give up Turk for nada because they got a turk back on the cheap. That is why they win--that is why we lose to Indiana[who just played on a B-B] and lost. Wow what a wake up call --just an embarrassing franchise.
Is there a special place for Mets Jets Knicks and Ranger fans to call for support?

Ryan Andersen is lighting it up! Anthony Randolph is buried on the bench.

his game log from 3:

3 for 3
1 for 11
5 for 8
2 for 5
4 for 7

15 for 34 @ 44.1%

the guy can shoot. that's basically all he can do right now...but he's 21 and still developing.

Ryan Anderson is a baller. Indeed, as BRIGGS mentioned, the reason Orlando was willing to trade for Vince and let Turk leave was due in part to Anderson, who they really like. But Gallo has passing and off-the-dribble creating skills that Anderson does not have. I think Gallo has more potential than Anderson, but both are good players.

Yes, but you'll be on hold because the Mets/Jets/Knicks/Isles fan currently have support priority.

why is your boo, Randolph, only averaging 8 pts this year and is now currently locked on the bench? Lets start with that.

What is shows is just how far we have to go. I am willing to acknowledge after game 5 that we sck--we sck. I am willing to trade off almost ANY asset to get young promising players with little cap hold for better more expensive evst if it can be done. If the Wizards dont want to give Mcgee a big role--give them Hill and Harrington for Mcgee and James. Give the Warriors Lee for Randolph Law and Mike Moore. Rip it down--get promising players back and accept a start over that is free agency based over the next two years.

Feel the same way. Anderson's good. 20 & 10 last night against the Suns. Dude's got a very effective all-around game -- 3 pt. stroke, post offense & rebounding ability are all well above average plus he can even put it on the floor a little as well. Not gonna kill you on the defensive end either - he competes. I'm nowhere near ready to throw the towel in on Gallo who's still getting comfortable out there and evolving (gotta give Gallo some credit - he's playing the best we've seen him play so far in a Knick uniform) but when comparing these guys, this kid looks to be the more versatile, more skilled and less awkward of the two. Not trying to put Gallo down - he's still developing - but that's how I see it. I think I might like him even better than Turkoglu to be honest...He'll be a big part of Orlando's success this year. JamaicanJetFan, I think that 1-11 from 3 he had the other night againt Det. was more aberration than anything else - it was sandwiched between two other games where he went 8-11 from 3 total, scoring 20 pts in each game. This guy can really shoot the ball...Again, that trade Orlando made with NJ was incredible. Not only do they steal Vince Carter and get Howard another top player to play with, they also get Anderson who'll be just as good if not a better pro than Courtney Lee.

Briggs, we'll need to see the production over a longer stretch but I think you gotta think about putting Anderson on the list of MIPs...

Yeah he might be a MIP candidate--we'll have to see how much PT he gets when Pietrus and Lewis get back.

I'm not dissing on Gallo but rather the fact that Orlando has a very similar player who is not close to option one and really if you listen to DW and MDA--Gallinari is the franchise star or going to be?
Now they have a star in place at C--quality guys all over the place and obviously they are DEEP with talent. We are so far away from that that I think that we should concede this year---even after game 5 and look for trades that involve older for younger and or picks NOW before other teams do.
I'm throwing in the towel--we sck and there is no reason to sugar coat it. We''ll sck after 10 games after 20 games--we just sck. We need to start revamping for the future now.
