The only topic that needs to be addressed is why your fantasy basketball team was absolutely atrocious last year.

I'm not martin, but I think it's because it is a highly divisive issue that has no place in a basketball forum. As you saw by the impassioned responses, it is a topic that many people care very much about. So I think it's a hint not to pursue it further. But I'm not really sure.

cooch, you're wasting time here.

The RealGM article quotes James talking about his good buddy Mike Miller. In the RealGM snippet he seems to address his quote either to or about Mike: "For an unathletic, white guy...".

He uses the singular. RealGM chose to make it like he was commenting on all white guys: LeBron Claims His Shoes Are The Best 'For Unathletic White Guys'

The original article link doesn't even seem to work.

Besides which, we all know white guys can't jump. They even made a movie about it.

If you can't get beyond that type of ridiculousness, I don't know what to say.

Maybe you didnt join joecs league because somewhere down the road youd be exposed. With that martin I was surprised at you, lebrons statements were a viable topic to discuss.

No, because the deals you made sucked large amounts of ass and ruined the league. You destroyed the balance of the league by dealing off your best players for scrubs and then proceeded to finish in last place. Not to mention your stupid ass annoying comments every day in the league. You single-handedly brought down the competitiveness of the league and ruined something that was supposed to be fun. We didn't join this year because we didn't want to go through the same crap again. How would I be exposed when I made the playoffs and you finished last? Get a clue dude.

i laughed when i read it...and whadya know i'm white.

it's the kind of joke we all know that has been said amongst friends...

i'm sure mike miller, like every unathletic white guy that has played basketball has experienced this at one point or another with friends of color playing ball...

but he's an nba player who CAN OBVIOUSLY BALL and gets respect for that. big deal if he isn't the best leaper...it's just a joke.

it's really no big deal.

And lebrons statements werent a joke. Again I ask what would have happened if a white player,in the spotlite said the same things. Why am I not getting a response to this question??
