...but I did make it and just finished eating it.

6 eggs
4 slices of american cheese (white)
half of a leftover steak cut up
4 slices of ham (cold cut style)
2 chili peppers sliced
2 english muffins (ripped up into chunks and thrown in the mix)

half heat, butter drenched pan, little salt. stirred constantly with a wooden spoon.

Again, I don't know what the hell I was thinking, but holy crap was that good, and I probably won't eat a damn thing until tomorrow AM. (when I might make another one LOL)

add onions and a big cup of coffee.

Then go ride some elevators and dish out punishment. Fun!

You sir are a genius. May I suggest replacing 4 slices of bacon instead of the deli ham and change the white cheese to swiss cheese.

I'm a vegetarian (not a vegan) and I probably wouldn't eat it even with the ham and steak excluded.

I could feel the arteries around my heart twitch when I read the ingredients.

So two chili peppers constituted the vegetable component of this "meal?" So much for the food pyramid.

PS- Sounds like a "snack" that Eddie Curry might make before going to bed.

the vegetable component was eaten by the chickens that laid the eggs and the pigs that made the ham and the cow that became the steak.

Food pyramid stacked on a point!

LOL at the replies.

Heart attack sandwich? Already been there and done that.

Trying to gain weight? I've lost 30 pounds since April (Up to 3 miles fast walking every morning now) - would be 35 but eh I sort of started eating more the past week and been on a bit of a renewed whisky binge, so, well, what are ya going to do.

Onions? I forgot to list those. I did indeed chop a slab of onion (1/8" thick, then diced) and dropped that in there.

I haven't eaten since and I still feel just fine LOL.

Bacon instead of Ham? I think that sounds plausible.

Swiss cheese? Nah, that just doesn't melt well at all. I suppose if you do that you would finish cooking, slap the meal on your plate, lay a slice of Swiss over top, and fold the hot meal over it to melt it that way. Then you could get away with that.

Damn, now I'm feeling a bit hungry again.
