Portland is the only team that has entertained the idea of giving Ostertag a shot.

Why don't we try to sign this guy? He's perfect for us. Let him Battle for the last roster spot with Skita and Almond.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

This guy's done man. He's 36 years old and was never that great a player anyway, even in his prime. Can you imagine this 36-year-old 300 lb. guy trying to get up & down the floor in a D'Antoni offense? If we're looking for a player like this on the cheap I'd rather give a much younger Ben McCauley or Paul Davis a shot over this guy in this type of role.

We have Eddy. The best ever bust after Jerome James.

The most memorable parts of Ostertag's career are when Shaq b-Slapped him and his 2nd most memorable actually came as a Knick. In the movie Eddie. Yes Eddie. Yes I watched it and you'll knuckleheads better not lie and say you never seen it.

Can't say that i've seen it. He does have the D'antoni mentality though: "E-vahn" make basket."

I'm sure we could dig up Brad Lohaus!

I was always partial to Dwayne Schintzius and Frank Brickowski though.

I wonder if Luc Longley's foot has healed yet!

Offense? No.
Defense? Yes.

That's why we have Milicic.
