Briggs... what do you see in Derozan that you dont see Chandler?

Blair is very interesting. As for using the extra pick on him all I know is that pick was for Douglas. They paid $3mm just for the chance to draft him, because if he wasnt there then they were trading that pick. The Knicks got the guy they wanted there so time will tell. He was a pretty polished college player and one of the drafts best athletes. I have some high expectations

once rubio and curry were off the board i really didn't care. the only way i'd be upset about that draft is if donnie really did turn down the chance to get up to the 5th pick.

At the time, I would have been happy with Hansborough, Willians, Clark, Daye, or Jennings (even though he's a suspect character) and I don't think my stance has changed. That said, Hill is the type of guy that could really develop and they have yet to spend time together. I think he's got more innate ability than Boris Diaw and turned that PG into a more than serviceable big

At the time Jennings, Hendersen, or Lawson in that order.

derozan projects to be a SG while chandler is an SF...so it's not an either/or situation.

the either/or will come between chandler and gallo after d'antoni's gone...

Too early to tell at this point. Derozan, daye, and hansborough looked better than expected. Jennings looks like a steal for the bucks. But honestly I like our picks. Hill needs to gain weight and Douglas needs to find his shot, but they did not look too bad in sl.

Chandler is a bit bigger but Derozan doesnt really shoot better so whats the big difference?

What do you mean by this?

DJ thinks you got to choose between Chandler and Gallo. Personally, I don't see why b/c they compliment eachother.

derozan has a very good midrange game but can't shoot the 3.

the either/or is b/c if both gallo and chandler are on the team, the next coach will be a bit more conventional and won'te be able to start them at the 3/4 without dwight howard at center.

I don't have a problem with Hill. He tested out almost a perfect match to Amare athletically. I'm not resting my opinion if him on SL. That said I like Jennings in terms of overall potential. Daye cuz of his size and skills could be tailor made for our style.

Derozan but to be honest I also liked Holiday.

I wasn't a fan of Hill but I am now -- just like his effort level and I think he has more offensive game then anyone was giving him credit for around draft time.
