I fell off my bike and got scraped up pretty bad. Several of the scrapes on my arms and legs developed infections. But I didn't fret. I let my body fight it. Applying nothing but neosporin for 4 days straight, my body was able to fight off the infections without a doctor visit, a single bandage, or any other special treatment. Have you ever healed remarkably? i guarantee to wrestle and incapacitate a small mammal by 2013.

I was nakit chasing some wild boar last week and it's tusks puctured my calf.

I did not need none of that sissy as-s neosporin crap. I just stayed in bed and ran a fevor for a couple of days and sweated it out!!!!! I used a few leaches to drain the wound, but other than that, nothing.

Thats pretty remarkable!!!! Phucking super human if you ask me! I was like Rambo man, just me, my cool ass bandana, a full lenght mirror to talk to, and some stale water and moldy bread!

I had a foot amputated once by accident while skydiving! Got tangled up in the rain forest and after a few days upsidedown with my foot caught in a branch, and the howler monkee's starting to get agressive with me I cut the foot off and limped off back to town.

You want remarkable? I was able to grow the foot back!!!!! There I was thinking as my leg was turning black I would need some sissy as-s antibiotic treatment or some Sissy as-s removal of the leg but I made gangreen my biytch and told that Sh-it to get the phuch out of my body!

But the best was I had a ruptured spleen while hiking K2 and had to remove it my self! Thats another story for another time!

Chuck Norris does not sleep. He waits.
Chuck Norris is currently suing NBC, claiming Law and Order are trademarked names for his left and right legs.
The chief export of Chuck Norris is pain.
If you can see Chuck Norris, he can see you. If you can't see Chuck Norris, you may be only seconds away from death.
Chuck Norris has counted to infinity. Twice.
Chuck Norris does not hunt because the word hunting implies the probability of failure. Chuck Norris goes killing.
Chuck Norris doesn’t wash his clothes, he disembowels them.
Chuck Norris is 1/8th Cherokee. This has nothing to do with ancestry, the man ate a f***ing Indian.
In fine print on the last page of the Guinness Book of World Records it notes that all world records are held by Chuck Norris, and those listed in the book are simply the closest anyone else has ever gotten.

orange blob, in my last yr of college i hurt my foot running but was too far from home so i just kept jogging. when i got back the pain was considerable on the bottom of my foot. i think it was some sort of tendon issue. regardless, i had a friend's air cast. that, plus a ton of advil and occasional use of crutches, and in a week's time i was fine. didn't run for another month tho.

strong mind, strong body. screw the docs!

OBM,

You got a boo boo, you got dirty, you cleaned it, you healed.

This is not some divine specticle or proclamation of having an advanced "Wolverine" type healing power is it?. I take it your a healthy person so you did what healthy people do: Heal.

Btw, are you a student? Work outside the home?

nice man, that's what i'm talkin about!! it seems that far too many people resort immediately to doctors and medicine without first attempting to strengthen their System. the world would be a better place if doctors told you to exercise instead of telling you to take chemicals.

You had "Plantar fasciitis".

You are a healthy person, took anti-inflamitory and rested and did what healthy people do: Heal.

but he healed bravely. most weaker individuals would hobble off to the ER. Winners wouldn't.

Dude, What Chemicals? YOu don't need an anti biotic for a freaking Boo Boo!

Boo Boo's heal!

If you want to discuss the abuse of Anti biotics then you have a reasonable topic!

Mr Plantar fasciitis used an air cast to rest his foot. It ain't like he had a broken bone popping out of his leg with a grizzly on his tail, then knocking his bone back in, setting it with a splint he had to make himself, stitch the wound with rope he had to weave, corderize the wound with his hunting knife to stop bleeding and ward off infection, then keep running away from the beast while in the wilds or montana in the cold or anything.

ANd good for him that he did not have to experience that!

Im not saying your boo boo was not painful, but it ain't like you had to go into a zen trance and meditate to control the pain.

Lance Armstrong made cancer his Bit ch. You had a boo boo!

Bravely?

Most people who run, are in pretty good shape and know their bodies. Most likley they rest it a few days before going to see a docter if it does not improve.

Winners actually don't always need to suffer. Winners have health insurance and use medicine. They use medicine to AID in healing. Mr. Plantar fasciitis used an air cast for an inflamed tendan to keep it immobile. You used Neosporin.

Are you a winner for using Neosporin? You needed an anti bacterial to fight a skin infection. One might deem you a real loser for needed such an aid. Your lazyness toward your boo boo is what caused it. If you were a real winner you would have cleaned your "wound" with soap and water and put a band aid on it, you would have prevented infection. A real winner prevents infection. A real manly man would have never contracted an infection. You needed an anti bacterial "cream". Or did you use the spray? Real men would have harvested aloe leaves and wrapped the wound with it using snake Skin hides they keep for such things. It also looks very Rambo cool.

So really, you infact used "chemicals" your self. Mr Planer used an antiinflamitory.

(just having fun here!)

All of them, truly, seemingly valid points. Seemingly.

but winners also dictate tempo, and neosporin is as minimalist as you can get. sorry, I couldn't fly to South America to gather the appropriate botanicals at this time.

plus, sometimes, it's good to induce infection in order to strengthen your body's defenses; if one does not induce infection, then your body never gets a chance to 'work at it'. it's like reading or keeping up on your calculus.

My opinion is, anyone who disses doctors is a total idiot. Anyone who doesnt realize that they are some of the most important people on this planet is simply ignorant as to what they do.

Ill be the first to admit that drug companies rape the market to make more money. But in the the process they save millions and billions of lives. None of us would be alive today without the advancements in medicine and pathology that doctors and yes drug companies have given us.

You can pooh pooh and call yourself a man all you want, but in the end of the day, the doc is the one who will keep you from soiling yourself while he helps your body heal. To deny the brilliance of these people is not only sad and mundane in the extreme, but also enormously ungrateful.
Some men see things as they are and ask why. I dream things that never were and ask why not?
