we must be giving them something like the full $3 mil in the deal, because otherwise the grizz don't benefit much.

if we do give them the cash, then they save $1mil.

One less headache...I'm so happy that big woman is off the roster...even though he did try not to suck he still was a bum.

Darko can indeed block shots with the best of them. With Darko and Hill...I am more than ready to turn my back on Lee....

When did we get LayDUMB back? This is one moronic move... Darko is the new Keith Van Horn: every GM and his momma gonna think THEY'RE the one to capitalize on his 'potential' and soon enuff they're moving him. 3rd team in 4 years already?? I can only hope this is another salary cap move. If he's given serious, meaningful minutes we'll be calling out for Q by the second month of the season.

Think about this: if Q is so so bad (I kinda hoped he would turn it around), how bad can Darko be that Memphis gave him up for Q, who has a player option for 9mil (2 mil more than Darko) in 09/10? How bad did Memphis want this guy gone?

Darkko was never as good as Keith Van Horn. Van Horn was a pretty good NBA player. Go check out the playoffs the first time the Nets made the Finals. Van Horn took over many games especially in the fourth quarter, including one against the Celtics where he puts one of the best white-boy facial dunks on them that you will ever see to seal the game.

Van Horn is so over-maligned. His problem was he was injury-prone.

Darko just sucks -- until now! He will realize his potential with the Knicks and make everyone forget Carmello Anthony!!

How is this moronic??? Q-Rich is a flat out bum and the Knicks actually improve the front court with a shotblocker with upside.....

Stop complaining just to complain...and how you gonna compare Darko to Keith Van Horn when KVH was a 20pt scorer in the nba and helped a team get to the Finals...They don't even play the same but if Darko ever became Keith Van Horn the Knicks absolutely got a huge steal...

complain about something worth it...the Knicks totally improved tonight...not one bad move tonight.
