I'm surprised no one else thinks Lester Hudson is a sleeper. I know he had his problems (which is why he played at Tennessee Martin) but the dude can ball. I think he can have a Nate Robinson like role in the NBA.

Wish list - 8th pick:
1. Stephen Curry - I'm even willing to trade up a few spots in order to get him. I think he's important for us on quite a few levels.
2. Jeff Teague
3. Demar DeRozan
4. Jrue Holiday
5. DeJuan Blair - I just think he's gonna be a monster, a lot better than what people think. Might be a little bit of a reach at 8 but he's quality now and only gonna get better. With that reach, the height doesn't even concern me at all and I think the knee problems are in the past. You don't have the season he had last year on 2 bad knees.

Additional low 1st rounder:
1. Taj Gibson - Fulfills an obvious need and then some. He's much more than some skinny shot-blocker. Draft Gibson and bring back Saer Sene and give him 20 mins. as a backup center - interior defensive problem solved.
2. Sam Young - Guy's a good strong 2-way player with skills, just needs to tighten up his handle a little. Could make Wilson Chandler expendable - I love Wilson but we could really get something nice with Chandler included in a trade if we could come up with a replacement like Young.
3. DaJuan Summers - Another strong, skilled 3 that makes Chandler expendable.

Additional 2nd rounder/summer league invite:
1. AD Vassallo - I just can't believe he gets no love in any of these mock drafts. It blows my mind. I don't even think he's in Chad Ford's top 100 prospects last I checked which is nuts - this guy's a very skilled 6'6" SG who can also play some 3. Tall, smooth, pure stroke, can handle the ball and pass it well enough to play some point 2/point forward at times which he did well at VA Tech. Very versatile and underrated. I'd take him on my team as an extra skilled shooter over any of these 2nd round SG prospects being discussed. I don't see much difference between him and a guy like Wayne Ellington to be honest. This guy's a combo. of Francisco Garcia/Allan Houston-lite. D'Antoni would love this guy.
2. Jodie Meeks - Probably won't be there though - unless he gets a 1st round gaurantee soon he goes back to school I'm thinking.
3. Jack McClinton
4. KC Rivers

If we could move up to get him, I would have no trouble with Rubio.

- Jeff Pendergraph PF/C?
- Derrick Brown SF/PF
- Josh Heytvelt PF/C
- Darren Collison PG

I would almost labvel this a second round draft because it does run deep in the so-called sleeper dept--if you look back at the moch we did-- some really good players went from 25 on--players that have a chance at being better than some of the top guys.
