chandler's a 3, maybe a 4 sometimes. he's not a good enough ball handler to be the off guard.

I used to feel the same way about Chandler but in D'Antoni's system Wilson fits as a 2 very well for a couple of reasons.
#1 -- the point guard does the ball handling and makes most of the decisions
#2 -- the 2-guard typically sits on a wing or a corner waiting for a dribble kick pass or some type of motion play
#3 -- Wilson proved that he can take people off the dribble from +20 feet out (including 2-guards)
#4 -- Wison's long range shot has improved to the point that he can stroke it like most 2-guards
#5 -- Wilson has the lateral quickness to guard 2's.
#6 -- Playing the 2 also allows us to run Wilson into the post in mis-match situations
#7 -- Playing Wilson at the 2 helps our rebounding and that is one of our bigger needs (we're small at center - even that out by going big at the 2)
