Good question Briggs.

I gotta go Rubio. I love what Curry brings to the table and believe me, I would be ecstatic to have either one but if I'm picking, I'm going with Rubio. At only age 18, you can tell Rubio just has that innate ability to be a floor-general type PG. His J is streaky, but you figure that's going to develop. I don't think you can pass up on the potential that Rubio brings to the equation.

If Rubio falls - I'd feel like we lucked out (like we did with Lampe)

Curry - now that he is being talked up - I think I'd prefer him, though.

I think either way, I'll worry until the season starts.

if we're picking a PG, my order of preference:

Rubio
Holiday
Curry or Evans

If I am Donnie and I had a weird, tingly, non-LB-bladder feeling near my tummy that LeBron was going to NY and Chandler was going to be slated for SG, I would go with Curry.

If not, Rubio.

For me it's Jrue Holliday or Brandon Jennings

I'll go with Rubio. His passing skills are to good to pass up. He would just make everyone better very much like Kidd and Nash. Curry is my second choice for being a Knick. Either way I think they would bring excitement to the Garden.

I have a feeling Rubio second is drafted and Curry is drafted sixth

I have a feeling we are going to get ****ed and he is going to be off the board. In that case I don't know who we take there. This Gallo pick is really pissing me off because we could have solved one of our three big position needs in Gordon, Randolph and Lopez, even DJ. Rashard and Hedo only works if you have Dwight Howard not Eddy Curry.

I think Curry is going to be very good. Teams aren't going to key on him and Jameer Nelson became an all-star, there is no reason this kid can't he is quicker, jumps higher and has a better jump shot.

that's a big reason why i think Walsh has a big hardon for Curry

Rightfully so though. Lebron will be playing the point 50% of the time if Curry is our point guard.

i just think drafting a prospect based on the slim hope that Lebron signs here is the wrong way to go about things.

At the end of the day, it's the team that scores the most points that wins. If you are a team that plays an offensive minded game, then you take the best scorer available. Between the two, Curry is the better scorer.
