He is Kobe/Jordan but with a personality and a sense of humor.

Im watching the propoganda piece last nite about Kobe and Lebron and the guy is just great. Jordan was very private and intense, and Kobe was insecure when he was younger.

Im not taking anything away from Jordan, but Lebron was so over hyped coming into the league and he has not only meet or exceeded his talent expectations but also as a public persona.

Until he signs an extension with the Cavs this story won't go away.

Lebron is bigger than big and no doubt will be an interesting story going forward.

Let me write your departure speach Lebron:

"citizens and fans of cleveland, akron and Cavs, please please understand my love for my home town and the privelige it has been to play before you. I have lived here my whole life and loved every minute of it. I will still keep my house here and will always be from here! I have always lived here, and like a kid who wants to go away to college and experience DIFFERENT things, I so too have to do that. This is not rejection, just something differnt. The hardest thing will be coming back to play here. The Lebron James Foundation will still remain here and will still be a contributing citizen of Akron".

James was smart to do his MVP thing in Akron as he might leave cleveland but can say he still say he is a part of Akron!

Hey, this may all be a pipe dream but I like the guy and want him in a knick uniform so he can take over the world as he wants to.

yea lebron is great, what an outstanding young individual. lots of love to him, my friend 'bron. if he were here, i would be able to die happy if i were to die in an accident or something during the 2010 season.

still if we're talking personalities i prefer jordan. low key, calm, collected, and very professional-- what i think the ideal winning-brain is. jordan was the definition of a winning-brain and lebron is on his way to this.

Hard to hate him- but the fact that we can't hate him is what separates him from going into the Jordan level and maybe even the Kobe level in terms of career accomplishments.

No doubt Jordan is the ultimate stone cold assasin, with only Kobe behind him.

Lebron is 24 years old.

Jordan is still the greatest. But I like Lebron at this stage of his career more than I did Jordan at the same age.

The Knicks fan have no history with LeBron. That is why its tough to hate him. Jordan had history against the Knicks that is why Knicks fans admire him but hate him at the same time. Right now its just admiration for LeBron but if he starts to knock the Knicks out year after year in the playoffs there will be plenty of hate for him too.

yea i hated reggie when i was a young human, i really didn't admire him then, but now i do. if it comes to lebron vs. Knicks in the playoffs, i will hate lebron for that entire playoffs, but in the off season i will play video game and play with him maybe, and again during the season hate him.

Skip Bayless is an idiot who wants to start a rivalry with Lebron ala Spike Lee and Reggie Miller...only problem is no one cares.

Lebron still lacks the assassin mentality that Kobe and Jordan has. Lebron's game is not as smooth as Kobe or Jordans. But he is 24. By the age of 27, Lebron will be the best all time.

Obviously a great player, but I really don't like him. Air guitar at MSG, King James, "don't-you-know-you-can't-call-those-against-me" look on his face when a very rare call goes against him.

So in answer to the OP, yes, someone on the planet doesn't like him.

He's the 2nd best player in the league (I can't in good conscience rate him above Kobe yet) - but he's got to win that ring first.

Kobe stans absolutely hate Lebron because he is a threat to their man's legacy. 'Bout it concerning the anti-Lebron contingency.
