You may want to consider living with your parents or siblings, so you don't have to worry about expenses and just worry about securing a job. Also, ask your former boss if you can do anything for a salary your are comfortable with. I am sure you've left a positive impression with your boss, and you can contribute to the company's bottomline someway. If not, let your boss know you have sales experience and see if he/she can give you a recommendation to someone else. Good luck.
I'm already living with my sister because we both graduated in May and needed to find work
I see, pretty tough situation. Your parents, aunts, uncles, other relatives are still options. They may also be able to pass your resume along.
I watched 20/20 last Friday, and there was a special on a stock trader (in the mid 40's) who was making 750K, has an MBA from UCLA, but has been unemployed for the prior 2 years. He finally sucked up his ego and became a pizza delievery boy this year. He also accepted the fact that his multi-million dollar house will be foreclosed. The lesson I got from it was to live beneath my means, save and invest, and I am not too good for any job.
