Good luck man. Don't sweat it. I actually helped my dad perform a few of those and it's a pretty basic surgery. You'll be back to normal in no time.

And if you're getting nervous, just remember you're one of the lucky ones. Think of all the poor bastards out there that don't get an operation because "its not prolapsed enough" Living with that can be seriously debilitating, as im sure you know.
