Clarendon Hills police arrested Preston Thomas, brother of former NBA star Isiah Thomas, for urinating near a church last week.

Thomas, 52, of 279 Columbine Drive, Clarendon Hills, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. Jan. 8 at Notre Dame Parish, 64 Norfolk Ave. He was charged with public urination.

Thomas was seen urinating near the church building by a passing motorist, as well as a teacher and student at Notre Dame School. He later was arrested at Golf and Chicago avenues.

Was he pissing near a church or on the DAMN CHURCH??? SMH @ that. Mama Thomas should have raised her boys better

I think we all have pissed in public before...**** I did it the other day. Maybe cuz I'm a NY or something but he seriously had to be rocking with his **** out like he was playing Guitar Hero or something....lol. Too funny.

i almost got busted for doing that on 33rd st. 1 night outside a club... was just about to cut loose & a cop pulls up, so i zip it back up & cop asks me for my ID & says he has to write me up for doing that, & i go "Doing what officer?" & he looks & sees there's no pee anywhere & gives me back my ID... bastidge, u ain't got nothin' on me biatch!

You arrest a guy for that!! I mean, I know you should not do it, but who has not been drunk and pissed on the side of a building or in an alley. Now he certainly should have had more respect than to piss next to a church and maybe that is why they bothered to arrest him, but usually don't they just give you a ticket or a warning.

That's just wrong. If a dog pissed on a church, would they arrest him? I think not.
