I think Fred Jones can do well in this system. He is a better player than Mobley at this point in his career. Only downside is that he is about 6'2

Salim is probably the best option for this system and I would sign Doleac for the hell of it if we could release Jerome.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Bonzi's the best player on that list, but i'd just sign PEJ & throw the fans a bone... this team isn't gonna be all that good regardless of who they bring in.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

I go with Ewing Jr and then Fred Jones (he played fairly well for us last year and can shoot the 3)

Fred Jones because he played here and played well --this is a good fit for him. But on the other hand I would go with roberson 40 minutes.

Big shot bob? That wouldn't be bad.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

Whoever can be the next Anthony Morrow. I'm tired of other teams finding undrafted gems in alternative leagues, and us getting stuck with Robersons of the world.

For whatever the reason I've always thought Luke Jackson has more game then he has shown so far in the NBA - I guess you could say he's never really gotten a chance with some consistent PT either though. He was a very good college player and I know he's got something to prove. I think he'd fit this system nicely, he's a good shooter.

We need a guard. No way around it.

I like Ewing JR. but we need a GUARD and he's not a guard.

I don't want any washed up veteran this team is no longer in a realistic playoff hunt.

We need a guard to save Duhon's back.

I always liked Walker Russell JR from the summer leagues and apparently he's doing well in the NBDL. Given we're rebuilding I would be inclined to give him a shot at least on a 10-day to start.

Mobley could be gone soon. Marbury too. Jerome James should be gone soon. Roberson too. And while we are at that, Malik too. So..

How about this guys from the D-League?

SG - Malik Hairston (SG/SF) 6'6" 21 years old.

SG- Joe Crawford (SG) 6'4" 22 years old.

PG- Dontell Jefferson (PG/SG) 6'4" 24 years old. (Rather see him in Roberson's place)

C- Courtney Sims (C/PF) 6'11" 25 years old.

C- Jermareo Davidson (C/PF) 6'11" 24 years old.

All so far have nice stats in the D-League, which is just starting, and are considered possible call ups for the NBA right now.
