6th - I have pride in this team once again. Bounce in my step every time after a win and its just great to know, even when they lose that there is finally light at the end of the tunnel. GO KNICKS!!!

i'm liking what i;m seeing... some definite chemistry being developed out there, which is all i ever wanted to see out of this team this year.

I think everyone enjoys the good play. I know I do. However I will continue to temper my enthusiasm until this continues for at least a solid month.

For a change we were finally granted an easy opening schedule to this season - remember the last few seasons we got hosed in that respect. So given the teams we faced and their collective health issues all I can say is it's nice to see us beat teams we should. I missed the Spurs and Utah games while I was on the road but I've caught all the other games and I think we look pretty good.

Not enough to call it a turnaround though. This team will live and die by jumpshots - AND - hope the opponent isn't shooting well nor playing defense against us. Given that I got to give it a lot more time.

In the meantime, yeah, it's nice to see us playing well.

for me it's more than just about the W's, i don't even care if they go into a losing stretch as long as they keep playing this team style game... the W's will come eventually, but we have to start developing that identity of a team oriented offense where every one of our starters become comfortable in their roles & get familiar w/everyone they're playing with... in that respect i think Duhon was a perfect addition to what MDA wanted to accomplish here, & it seems like Jamal, Zach, Chandler & Nate are growing into their roles nicely so far... this is why i wanted to see Marbury gone so badly... i felt like he wasn't a good fit for how MDA wanted this team to play.

Yeah I agree it is apparent the seeds have been sown and that's a good thing. The effort is there more often than not.

As to a few players I got to say this much:

Q, Craw, Zach, and Duhon I gotta say these four guys have _thus far_ proven me quite wrong. They are all doing very well out there.

it really is a revelation how much better Zach looks in there when Curry's not on the floor... at this point i wouldn't even mind holding onto Zach if we can somehow dump Curry & Fishlips for shorter term deals, but i ain't holding my breath on that happening anytime soon.

When the coach gives them a plan and they know whats expected, it really gives them a chance to achive. and its awesome to watch, I've been a knicks fan since the late ninties, when we traded for H2O. And i gotta tell you, this is like a breath of fresh air. Knowing that its an actual "culture change", it gives me hope. . .

It's not Eddy absence - it's Mike’s presence.
As any young man Zack needs The Teacher.
Hopefully he met one.
This kind of things can change his game; and more important his life.
And then...Who knows when greatness starts?

no doubt MDA has been a big part of it but i don't see Zach playing this freely w/Curry clogging up the lane down low either... last year those 2 guys competed for inside positioning & both looked very uncomfortable... D Lee & Chandler are able to play off the ball & aren't always posting up down low the way Curry is, & especially now w/Chandler hitting perimeter J's it opens up the lane for Zach to go to work & for guys to cut into the lane for backdoor cuts... that wouldn't be possible if u had both Curry & Zach fighting for position down low.

I wouldn't mind keeping the whole team that's been playing so far.

We need to get a shooting, running, big-man though. Kirilenko, Blatche, Donte Green, Camby...
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)
