yeah i have the balls to post this after a loss LOL I know your gunna kill me but, this kid is good.

I dunno who u guys are watching that keep saying he sucks.. But hes exactly what this team has been needing at the point the past few years. He rarely makes mistakes, he plays good D, gets steals, rebounds, is pass first, can knock down the J.. The kid is a good player and a good fit for this team. All we need is a shotblocker interior defender. I would honestly trade Lee + Curry for a McGee type prospect and cap filler or anyone like that who is athletic, long and can be a young Marcus Camby for us down low. If we had that, we'd be fine.

Give this some time, last night was tough to watch cuz we should have had the game.. but we played hard... We just caught some bad breaks

I feel like like the knicks will run into the same questions the Bulls faced with Duhon. Is his average all around play worth more then getting great offensive play out of Robinson(Gordon in Chi-town).

I think Nate will start by the end of the year.

Nate still gets flustered as you saw last night.. He is a better player but he gets flustered.. until he can put together a long long long streak of games under control then Duhan is the guy

I am with you about Duhon. I like him a lot. He is controlled and does not make mistakes. I love how he pushes the ball after a make or miss. He does not force things, except a couple last night, and plays very good defense. He is what we need for this team right now.

Duhon is a good glue player. Kind of guy that usually looks about as good as the talent around him. I like the signing from a cultural standpoint at the very least. He plays hard and does all the little things to win games. He's a winner and not a me first player. What to do with Nate will be interesting. He cant be guarded and is awesome in open space. Do you want the ball in his hands all the time though? I think he can elevate his game to 30 minutes and close to 20 points as a super sub type, but I just dont see him a starting PG in this league.

I thought he was bad last night (forcing passes that lead to turnovers/passing up open threes - he can make 3s, he's gotta shoot more), but overall I'm preety happy with the pick up of Duhon. He's been pretty solid...

He's a nice role player and he's good at the position he plays. He usually plays smart and in control and can make big plays with needed. He can drive when needed and hit a shot when needed, but his skillset is rather limited.

We'd appreciate Duhon more if we had more consistent shooting. It also would make a HUGE diff to have a shotblocking presence. We are always at such a disadvantage size wise, that it's hard to hold patient teams down if they pass the ball well and have any kind of post presence. We have to give help all the time and that just creates open shots we can't get back to.

Duhon does consistently get over picks and guards his man aggressively, which I like. If we had a shotblocker, that would lead to more stops. Nate still has a tendency to get caught jumping and then passing or driving too hard and not having any outlet or angle for a pass to be made. Duhon is a good fit for this team at the point and I see Nate as perfect in his current role.

We have more and more glue players. But we have nothing for them to glue yet. So they stick together...

i thought he was sent to the glue factory. My bad it was Curry and Marbury that were sent.

i think Isiah was sniffing on the glue when he signed him to a full MLE

that said, Duhon's been the best MLE signing we've had for a long time... better than Spoon, better than Turd obviously, better than Vin Baker, better than Jefferies... & on a 2 year deal there's absolutely no reason to not like that signing.

I like Duhon as a starter and Nate off the bench. Nate provides energy and (when he's on) instant offense. Duhon runs the offense and distributes the ball.

I think Fishy got it right when he said Duhon is about as good as the talent around him.

With that said......he's a waste here with the talent the Knicks have. Knicks need a busier player......like a Rondo, Felton, DJ Augustine,.....basically anybody but Duhon cuz I'd even take Ridinour.

To me Duhon is just not busy enough. He doesn't make mistakes cuz he's not doing anything to really make a mistake. Nate makes tons of mistakes cuz he's tooooooo busy. That probably why you can't start him.
