Wants Larry to "Drill" him.
All that said, the absolute best line of the day (and, frankly, we might have to close the phone lines, for it's almost certain to be the best one of the year) came from Marbury, who when asked about Larry Brown's return to New York on Wednesday with the Bobcats, said with a huge laugh (and prompted even bigger ones): "Looking back at the last two years, I kind of liked Larry Brown."

Then as the laughter subsided, he went on, "I kind of like Larry Brown. I'm like, 'Man, I wish this guy was here to drill me now.'"

I read that. It's mind boggling isn't it?

what a clown. he must still believe that there's a coach out there that will give him what he wants and let him get some "shiny stuff." apparently he forgot how that worked out with LB.

I wonder what Marbury thinks of Don Chaney, Lenny Wilkins, John Callipari, Herb Williams, Flip Saunders, Mike D'Antoni and was it Scott Skiles that was also the coach in Phoenix?

At this point in his career Marbury's going to like any coach that lets him suit up.

hahahahahahahhahahahahh....I just can't stop laughing....

This is the best...where else in sports can you get this stuff...Only T.O., Pacman and the Dallas Cowboys comes close right now ...Thank god Marbury is still here...Imagine if we only had Duhon, Craw, and 2010 to talk about...Now we welcome MDA and Walsh as equal clowns at the Garden...

This is classic...

Marbury has destroyed yet another coaches rep (D'Antoni) and this time he didn't even do anything. That is the true sign of a cancer. Marbury's still got it.

I hope Larry kicks him in the nuts tomorrow.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Nothing new here. Wasn't Marbury one of the players who said he wanted Brown to come back as coach? Even Brown said he and Marbury weren't the problem. By all accounts but public and not public that it was the players who were suppose to on Brown side that put that knife in his back. You can start with Malik and Lee. The Brown issue was between Thomas and Dolan not Marbury. I got this info first hand from a former Knick on that 05-06 team too.

But that totally ruins the narrative of Marbs as "coach killer", so I'm going to ignore it.
