what is Q's future with this team???????? Why not play Chandler/Danillo at the 3? its very similar to Marbury/Curry.. if your gunna go full rebuild.. go FULL rebuild

Careful...it isn't a good idea to question "the path" around here. We're evaluating Rose and Q for the future to see if they fit in the plans.

He's signed for another year, and he and Malik are part of his coaching staff on the court.

They may also be considering being able to trade him down the road, so they need him to up his value.

The other side is that they said they want to assess what they have, develop players and build a winning culture.

Guys, c'mon. This is getting to be too much.

It's really easy to throw all of these questions out, but let's get an actual answer from those raising the question as to what's behind it then.

Q is ok to me. He is not Steph. That is the difference. Also Q is hitting those 3's nicely and plays D. Word.

i don't know if an environment like seattle/OKC is the best way to build a team, where your roster comprised completely of young guys is getting torched on a nightly basis. i personally am not going to turn on the new regime after a quiet offseason and 3 games.

Malik Rose is a good influence on the team and he is a savvy veteran which is always good to have around young players. Plus he is a potentially useful expiring contract.

When you rebuild you don't get rid of Every vet. You keep the vets that can teach the young guys the right way to work on and off the court. We keep knocking Malik, but it's funny how every coach that comes here seems to find a way to get him on the court. Do you think that this is coincidence. That they are all dumb??? Or that there is more to it?

I think 'EVERYONE' form the players to the fans will have a clearer mind if' Marbury is let go. I think we'll find out by morning. Then' we can evaluate other players as we go along. It would just be better that way.

Marbury, is a detraction now because the media is looking for blood to sell papers... he has not distracted this team and his teammates don't seem distracted as much as listless and banged-up.

If I am Donnie, I hold on until a star pg blows out a knee,
Marbury can play in practice to stay sharp if he wants, or he can just stay home until he is needed.

since there are no players w/a future on this team as per the seemingly predominant opinions around here, we should just forfeit every game from here on out & get a better chance at the #1 pick in the lottery... that would save all of us a lot of petty arguing on this forum & for those who actually thought this team would be good this year save them a whole lotta stress watching the team lose games.
