Me + my friends = a lotta yelling at the blackjack table. It was a trip of some real highs & real lows.

The Lows:

- getting about 6 hours of sleep the entire weekend.
- wasting our time at whack ass clubs (Tao & LAX)
- being down a huge chunka cash after day 2 after having been up a decent amount at 1 point.
- trying to be nice to some of my friend's ugly girlfriends & having them cop the typical Hollywood attitude at me... seriously, WTF... u'r ugly... chill out & learn some manners biotches.

The Highs:

- about 3 different crazy runs at the blackjack tables where I was untouchable.
- Voodoo Lounge @ the Rio was actually pretty fun... I liked the outdoor deck on the top of the hotel & the music was better than the same old tired hip hop crap they played at Tao & LAX.
- being dropped off at a totally dead Primm Casino on the way back while my friends went shopping for an hour & winning 6 bills at a $3 table... I probably woke everyone up by the time I left.

Memorable conversation I had w/a bangin' hot chick at the table:

hot chick: "Hey, so what nationality are you?"
Me: "Korean"
hot chick: "I think mixed Asian babies are so ****in' beautiful."
Me: "Yeah, I agree, my brothers' kids are mixed & they're all beautiful."
hot chick: "I think it's probably cuz of their slanted eyes."
Me: *thinks to self 'OMFG what an ignoramus... but damn, I'd hit that anyway'* "So, what nationality are you? You look mixed to me."
hot chick: "I'm Portuguese-Trinidadian. My mom's Portuguese & my dad's from Trinidad."
Me: "Do you know what kinds of mixed babies are the most beautiful?"
hot chick: "No, which ones?"
Me: "Korean-Portuguese-Trinidadian ones. I think we should make some babies together."
hot chick: "F u u u u c k Y o o o u."

but is it hot cuz everyone's standing around trying to look gorgeous or is it hot cuz everyone's out to have a good time & party it up? like i said i hate the pretentiousness at some of these places... the door guys at Tao even made my boy buy a freakin' collared shirt just so he could get in & told my other friend his shirt had to be tucked in... & then asked the chicks we were with if me & my boys were really with them... i mean gimme a break dude, ur a freakin' doorman at a Vegas nightclub.

i could understand the collared shirt part but come on, tuckin' in your shirt? someone's taking their job just a bit too seriously... i get a kick outta how these idiots in their black suits act like they're the kings of the world out there & seem so damn proud of themselves, meanwhile they're performing jobs that takes absolutely no skillset or education to perform... come on yo, get over yourself.

i'm never going to Tao again, that's for sure... the place was lame anyways, too crowded, ugly chicks, & the music was whack... i'ma check out Tryst or maybe Pure the next time i'm out there.

Myself and 3 other friends are heading out to Vegas in November (we are all 25.) We wanna stay on the strip, what does everyone recommend? I've read MGM, Caesars Palace are good. Any other suggestions? We don't wanna stay in some sleezejob hotel either haha.

Oh yeah and we obviously wanna go where all the other people in the 25+ age group are.

for 4 young single dudes i'd recommend staying at the Mandalay Bay... the pool there is the best from what i've seen & they have a topless section if ur willing to pay to see some titty in the daylight... the chicks hanging out there are pretty hot & the rooms are pretty nice... don't stay next door at the Luxor tho, it's crap... & DO NOT stay at NewYork, NewYork... it is the cheesiest hotel/casino i've ever had the displeasure of staying at & the crowd there is whack.

the Palms is pretty nice too for a younger crowd... never stayed at the Hard Rock but i hear the Sunday recovery party at their pool is a must.

IMO Bellagio, Venetian & Paris are more for couples than partying single dudes, but u can't go wrong w/any of them, they're all topnotch.

i've heard MGM Grand & Caesars are pretty nice but never been there so can't say... i wanna try out the Palazzo or the Wynn next time i'm in Vegas.
