dog days of summer are here. what better way to get through them than having some drinks, talking some sports, and laughing at fishmike's new haircut with a few folks from here?

here are the details:

place: stout nyc (133 W 33rd street)
date: tuesday 7/22
time: 6pm and after

they have liquor, they have food, and they have tv's...

confirmed attendees so far: fishmike, enyspree, vdesai, bitty, action "don't confuse me with alfonso ribiero the tap dance kid" jackson, dj, jimimou and marv (we found him hiding out in the last stall at peepworld).

haha yeah I do. I play in a league here in Northern NJ in Whippany. It's not an awesome league, but there are some pretty good players, some guys played college ball, just a few months ago played against a guy who was a PG at FSU. Then theres guys like my team who played in high-school and thats it. We are pretty decent though.

Guns used to play with us, but just like he disappeared from this forum, he disappeared from my basketball team lol.

Not to mention the owner of the place, is tight with the Nets organization. I've met quite a few Nets who've been there for camps for kids and just to play some pickup ball. (Lawrence Frank, Marcus Williams, Jason Collins, RJ) it's crazy lol.
