This is the latest installment of EnySpree's "I'm a fat bastard and I can't take it anymore" BS.

I'm a gym junky. I like going and I like working out. I'm also a lazy bastard that loves to drink beer and eat french fries.....with a side order of cake.

I'm on another mission: I must lose 20lbs by Labor Day.

Side story.....yeah I'll spare you guys a side story. I just know I'm 5'10" and 205lbs and I feel like ****.

This guy at the gym told me I needed to lose about 20lbs.....I believe him because my joints are killing me and my stomach is hanging again. This aint new to me cuz I let myself go twice since I left high school. I know what I have to do to get back in shape. Can I do it again?

I have been ****in around but I started my regular routine again about a week or so ago. I'm just getting a lot of reps in with minimal rest, with some good strong cardio.

I'm taking endurox excel and creatine, plus the regular whey protein shakes. I don't eat meat as some may know(I will eat eggs and cheese).

Anybody wanna take this as a challenge again? Lose 20lbs and get ripped by Labor Day?

more like a month and a half...

I've pretty much been following this diet:

Replace carbs with Beans/Lentils... And i have one day a week where i eat whatever i want. Plus doing this exercise program:

Problem is i kind of hit a road block... I guess that happens though, but I was losing weight quick in the begining and evened off..

Then since then its only been like 5 more.... And my diet/exercise has gotten more strict... Maybe im due for another jump soon.

Im moving in 3 weeks, then going to south america for 19 days.

I figure the packing, lifting, stress, then a good exotic Peruvian parasite should do the trick.

Last year over the summer I lost 15 lbs with the low carb diet and no sweets. But man soon as Fall came around I lost total control and started eating like usual and gained everthing back. January rolled around and I started it up and decided I'll do it with exercise so i started lifting light weights and running 4 miles over the week days and sometime on the weekends lost a lot of weight around 10-12 lbs. My tooth started to hurt and eventually had to get my wisdom tooth taken out Dentist said don't exercise for a week. Man that just killed me and my work out now I'm slowly gaining back my weight because its damn hard to get motivated to exercise, now I know what Eddy Curry goes through, but I don't have million dollar incentives like he does. Right now I'm at 180 lbs I want to get down to 165. Damn losing weight is hard especially when I love to eat.

I hear you man cuase I'm probably 5" 10.5" but I weigh 227 (give or take a few ounces). luckily for me, I didnt lose my ability to ball, or else like you i would be contemplating suicide :-) Magically, I was able to transmorgify my game from Action Jackson's slightly pudgy helicopter shimmy to the more rotund funkiness of Khalid El-Amin driving down the lane like an out of control bowling ball.

Anybody wanna take this as a challenge again? Lose 20lbs and get ripped by Labor Day?

I read the blogs you posted and they are very helpful so guys should read it.

The diet I'm on is very similiar:

Eat every 3 hours. I try to get some food and drink. That's it. Small little meals. 1 pizza w/veggies and a diet soda. Maybe just a protien bar and some water. Protien shake and some chips maybe.

I'm also concious of the recommended servings on a label. Sometimes your favorite things to eat are individually packed but meant to serve 2-3 people. That's why you shouldn't drink calories like the link that Elite says. I try to stay @ or around 400 calories per little meal I eat. Water/seltzer, tea/coffee, and diet drinks help that cause.

Like today, I had a $2 meal. I got to work on time but for some reason they needed to brief us and sign ****. So that cut into my chow time. I had 5 mins to get something so I ran up with the $2 I had in my pocket (no time to hit the atm) and got me a 99 cent arizona green tea and a butterfinger. Not healthy, but the butter finger is bigger yet still has the same nutritional value of and other candy bar and the arizona is big as hell so it can hold me for 3hrs. That's 480 calories. Next ime I eat I will have time to be healthier. Can only do your best and you need something for your body to burn when your doing your ****.

I would take your challenge but I am already perfect. 6'4, 195, 6%, bench my bodyweight about 8x... bla bla bla

Eny you got the ultimate advantage... testicles. Woman gotta diet. Guys can burn it because we got more muscles.

Do this and you will explode:
strength train first and cardio 2nd. You dont need to run to warm up.. all your doing is burning important fuel for your muscles. Do one warm up set (20 reps) and keep working up. Finish at your heaviest weight (5-8 reps). If you can do more than 8 with good form more weight.

Dont jog, run sprints. It will chisle your legs which have the biggest muscles which will drink fat while you sleep. Run a full out 50yrd dash, then walk for 100. Run a hard 50 then walk 100. Do until you feel like your going to throw up. You might get shin splints. I do every spring. Man up.

Up your protien content. You eat eggs? I forget.. make sure your getting all the BCAAs you need. Might need to hit GNC for some horse pills. They are cheap as suppliments go.

Sleep good. Thats when your body recovers and your muscles grow.

Find motivation. If you dont go to the gym run your sprints.

Fishy - Everything you say I do except sprints.....**** me. Sprinting kicks my ass. I still have discomfort in my knee and the feeling like its unstable. I'm a bitch though cuz if I strap it up I probably can get it done.

But dude......I can't get over the comedy of an out of shape bastard running sprints by himself, lmao! I know for a fact I would pass out from laughing so hard at a guy like me doing that alone in some park.

Bcaa's......forgot about those. I gotta get me some of those too. Soft gels.......I used to get the Twin lab amino fuel....I almost died twice taking those horse pills. Only a porn star can swallow those things.

Oh yeah, sleep......I don't sleep often, lol. I gotta get up @ 5am. A lot of times if my good friends call me about doing something.....I'm there with no question. Fuck it. Or I just always end up sleep @ 1am......4hrs? I can't do any better than that most nights. I'm hoping to change my shift to nights so I can get in more hours by default.
