Sorry boys and gals I can't hot link on my phone so it is on RealGM that Riles may want to trade the #2. Now I know it is unlikely, but what do you think of this deal:

They wouldn't trade it to us regardless of what type of package we offer. We have not trade chips for that type of catch.

they trade haslem for tj ford.

they ain't getting rid of Wade anytime soon... a backcourt of Rose & Wade is vishin' out to the extreme.

I was considering Wade's recent shoulder injury and how some where saying that he didn't seem like a 100% last year. Wade would definately bring them a pretty decent center, if they wanted to.

they shut him down early last season i think he'll be back at just about where he was the year prior... it's not like it was a knee or ankle injury.

I think the best deal we can offer is a Lee & 6 combo. Does that get us 2? Doubt it.

no chance of getting 1 of the top 2 picks w/anything we have... we should be able to move up to #3 or #4 tho w/a combo of the pick & another asset, but is it worth it?

I don't know. The talent doesn't really seem too much different (or distinctive) to even make that kind of move. Seems like everyone else, after one-two, has some kind of defect or problem. That's why I see it being really hard to draft anyone at this point. Pretty much everyone else has gotten hammered by the board, except one-two.

I think we should just stay at #6, because it's really hard to figure out who #3, 4, 5 or even 6 is gonna be.
