The funny thing is that pick 6 might as well be pick 13.

Augustine, but I would move the pick and trade down to do it.

Yeah, after 5 it's a crapshoot.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Trade the 6 to NJ for the 10 and 21.

Augustine at 10, Douglas Roberts/Rush/Hibbert at 21.

I forgot about Augustin. Perhaps he might be a good pick at this point. He's small but has the kind of PG leadership skills this team could use. After that you have Danilo and Randolph who intrigue me in terms of upside. The foreign players like Batum seem to be worth a look too.
With D'Antoni on the team I would expect a more serious look at the foreign players this draft.

Right now Isiah is whispering "Eric Gordon" in Dolan's ear.

Rose is nice, no doubt...but Augustine is going to be fine a NBA player.

Which is why he'll be gone by the time the Knicks pick.

Seriously, for all the talk about D'Antoni and Walsh and foreign players, D'Antoni had what Barbosa and Diaw-and he traded for Diaw 2 years into his career? Walsh Had Sarunas Marcielonas and traded for Peja later on in a dump of Artest? We will be probably looking at B.O.P I don't thin foreign or domestic carries much weight.

augustine is too small...id go with westbrook if we go for a point, but at 6 i think you just take the BPA which is probably going to be randolph or bayless

i think Gallinari would be a nice match for D'Antoni's system... shoots the rock, can run the floor, tall & athletic for a SF & can handle the ball & create his own shots.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

I thought Westbrook was more of a Crawfordish/Feltonish swing guard and Augustine was viewed more as a TJ Ford/Jameer Nelson pure PG?

Plus he's soft and doesn't play defense.

In other words, he's perfect!

Gallinari might play defense. Actually I have no idea because I've never seen him play...
