I wouldn't take Lopez & I don't think they would either. So, do you swing for the fences w/ Randolph or McGee or take a safe pick, a guy who I think is better than Mike Conley Jr.(#4 pick last year), a guy who will make others better and a guy who will add to Lee to change the culture of the Knicks from a selfish group of check collectors to a team that actually cares, actually commits themselves, actually wants to win.

That guy = DJ Augustin

I agree on Anthony Randolph and depending on workouts I wouldn't be super-shocked if we took him over both Mayo and Bayless.

If he looks great they may go for size and they may feel they can get by with Jamal, Nate and Steph this year while picking up a guard next year.

I will be dissapointed if we pick Gallanari or pretty much anyone else except maybe Westbrook.

I like having both Donnie and Mike here to make the pick because I have confidence whomever it is will be a player.

Id be happy with Kevin Love, Anthony Randolph or Gallinari at that spot.

All three would be super in a run and gun system.

Love is an amazing outlet man and will be a monster mid range and long range player at the Power Forward spot. He could even play center if he's 6'10 (he is only 19 and may still be growing).

Randolph will be a small 4, but blocks shots, rebounds and has a great dribble and can get out on the break right away.

Gallinari is italian. So my guess D'Antoni would love molding him. They say he might be better than Toni Kukoc, which I can live with.

Brook Lopez will be an ok center who'll get eaten alive by alot of the bigger, stronger guys.

I hear the market of Man Made beaches is growing, shouldn't have a problem finding investors.

Tough call BRIGGS. Gotta think about that one. I just hope that isn't the situation we wind up in.

Interesting how no one has said Lopez.

Might we draft Lopez and trade down?

How about Lopez (and maybe a throw in) to the Nets for pick 10 & 18?

Would the Nets do it, and do we want to do that?

If we get 5, I say trade the pick. This is, IMHO, a very weak draft, and at #5, I don't think there will be anyone who will make a big difference.

Now, if Isiah is running things and we get #5, then my first question is: are there any under 5'10" athletic point guards projected to go undrafted? If so, that's Isiah's guy!
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.
