These voters must be the same die-hard ticket holders who continued to show up the few games and cheer (loudly at times) as the Knicks mounted thier usual tease of a comeback in games only to fall short.

These same fans also want Jamal and Nate back aswell. I would definitley try to move one if not both this summer. Craw's stock could not get any higher than it is right now. Besides, with the exception of about 8 inches, Craw and Nate are very similar players.

Here's your chance to vote and view who NYC wants gone and stay. I was shocked to see that they want Jeffries to stay!?!

Huh? 82% voted to dump Jeffries. The only thing shocking with that poll is the 5% who voted to keep Jerome James.

But lets hope Donnie does not give 2 ****s what the fans want. Most fans want instant success and don't look at the long term picture. Isiah catered to the short term thinking fan and that is why we are in this mess today.

Basically, Knick fans want to keep everyone who's on rookie contracts and dump all our veterans (Jamal and Mardy being the only exceptions).

I think it tells you about their knowledge of the game that they want to keep Crawford and Collins.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

collins is cheap and might become serviceable back up - crawford should go - but for all his faults, without his scoring, we'd have challenged maimi for worst record.

And we'd be much better off had that been the case!

Good catch! I looked at that one wrong. Now I'm not so shocked.

I think if we get better starters, Craw would be a valuable off the bench scorer. I still say Collins hasn't been tested properly. I think he should be starting next year or at least the year after to see what he has. By that time, we can make a decision to keep him or dump him.

If we can trade Lee for a 12-16 range pick, get a player who we won't have to extend until after we have cap space and get the flexability to draft a combination like

Bayless - Greene

or

Randolph - Augustine

then you have to do it.

Love ya Lee, but this is business. We have other rebounders.

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

I am still dumbfounded as to why you guys want to trade Lee? Especially for a 12-16 first rounder? That just doesn't make any sense at all. We drafted him, developed him and he's shown solid play and you want to start all over again with a new draft? You love dude, but want to get rid of him? Maybe we don't deserve him.

The only way Lee should leave is if he asks for too much money and we can't accommodate him.

49, Its just math. First off, he doesn't want to be here. The guy's agent is tossing out the term "Max" and "near max" which means he's not serious about signing here anyway. If we sign him to anything close to that, we're never ever going to get under the cap.

This draft doesn't blow you away at first glance, but if you look deeper at it, there are some intriguing players that will be available in the middle of the first.

We'll have to trade Nate too unless he wants to sign for nothing. Get used to the new era.

Hence, that's why I just said he'll leave if we can't accommodate him. And where did you get the information that he's not interested in returning? Is this just your opinion? It's okay if it is, I just want to get the facts straight.

I just think that its common sense that if a guy is floating out crazy numbers, he's just trying to send his current team a message. You see this kind of thing in the NFL all the time.

Lee may also realize he's not really worth all the big money he's asking for. He could also be just bluffing. No law that says you can't' ask for more money. But if he's serious, then he'll walk. Who can blame him after playing with this bunch?
