I read on BBI that the Lottery coin flip to break the ties is today. Can anyone confirm?

So we won the flip. We're 5th. Exactly where we'd been hovering for the majority of the year.

No real surprises in the end.

So they take the lotto balls from the 5th and 6th slots, combine them, divide by two, then award the coin flip winner an extra lotto ball.

Now it's onto May 20th to see if we have luck in the lotto to move up, bad luck in possibly moving down (as far as 8th if 3 teams happen to leap-frog us) or we could just end up being 5th in the end.

A full month to go until any of this deserves much attention one way or the other.

the flip probably won't mean anything b/c the knicks will get the #2 pick...the fix is in...

This is huge. Picking 5th gives us a shot at Bayless. I like him much more than Eric Gordon and the other bigs are more projects than sure things. Unless some big moves up during the draft camps, Bayless will be the pick unless O.J. Mayo falls and I like him too. Hopefully no one jumps in front of us.

No it does not. The franchise is cursed with Isiah still here. Nothing will go our away. All of the negative karma he has will remain.

I never said I didn't' care.

The challenge of moving on was put forth and I responded with an honest answer. I'd be happier outside of the Knicks and all it's problems.

Don't get me wrong UP. I have hope, but will never lie to myself. Complaining eases the pain. Most people here don't even realize that about themselves.
I'll never trust this' team again.
