Memphis. D Rose and CDR are too much. Kansas looked mediocre vs Davidson and Memphis has been clicking on all cylinders lately.

Memphis wins this game , because ALL of there players can play over the rim and are superior all around ball players.

The only way I see Kansas winning this game is if they play super-duper fast and play some ball-hawking defense and really control the passing lanes.

The problem with that strategy is it lets Derrick Rose get out and run and be the distributor that Callipari has been harnessing all season long.

(edit: I have Memphis as well, in case that wasn't obvious)

I'm going with Kansas because they have better guys on the perimeter when this game goes Zone.

I think they're going to run Memphis into the ground.

love and hansbrough made a lot of critics say i told you so , when their respective teams got beatup by kansas and memphis.

Kinda Odd that's all I'm saying. I imagine with no NBA games on tonight most are tuned in to tonight's game. In particular our fans considering our vested interest. I made the thread as I would any Knick game thread. There is an NCAA Tourney thread and this one, so I guess we'll see some back-and-forth in both threads. Maybe even someone else will start another thread on the game. The thread was locked no explanation given. Strange!

I hope people clearly see tonight Rose is not a point guard. He's an undersized 2 guard playing the point position. He can't go left well and has extremely poor handles in traffic. I'm not sure what his jumper is like because he very rarely takes any deep perimeter shots. He doesn't have that clear size advantage and he's struggling.

I am glad you got all of this from one game against one of the best teams in the nation. I am also glad you think that you think the Rose we see now will be the Rose we see in 2-3 years.

The fact is, Rose is having a bad game and it isn't even that bad. That's how good of a player is. He's been awesome this entire tournament. I'm not going to judge a player based on one game, regardless of it being a title game or not. He's still my 2nd pick in the NBA Draft.
