the next draft/offseason. IMO--he should not in anyway be associated with major personell decisons. If they want to retain[not fire him] him--do what LA did with Rudy T and Philly with Chris Ford--make him an advanced scout.

I don't think you can retain a cancer like Isiah on the Knicks. This man has proven to be Manipulative, vindictive, poor motivator and an alienator of players and coaches. There is no way the Knicks can comeback with a man like Isiah leading this organization much less play any part in it. Dolan is smarter than we give credit he knows what he has to do to turn this organization around and he knows once the season is over Isiah will be gone. Dolan also knows not to listen to much to Steve Mills and his suggestions. Dolan is getting advise from the top of the NBA command chain in what to do and Dolan is going to listen to Sterns in this matter. Kiki will be the GM of the Knicks and a new coach will be coming in. There are two candidates for coaching that Kiki will bring in Tom Thibodeau and Rick Carisle.

I think he should be LB'd - forced to work out prospects, but told to keep quiet and given the cold shoulder. And then fired, right before the draft!

yeah, i'm not holding my breath on Isiah being fired after the season's over... if it happens, great, but knowing Dolan he may just give the guy another contract extension.

I WANT ISIAH TO MAKE ALL DRAFT DECISIONS !!! I think he is excellent at talent evaluations, trades are a different situation !!!
