...............breaking Browns won-loss record. With 22 games left, the Knicks need six more wins to surpass Browns record. At the rate the Knicks are going, it's very possible that they just might win less then 23. I can't see isiah's guys winning no more than seven, if even that much. He'll be no better than Brown really either way.
I'll never trust this' team again.

They are facing some terrible teams after this week. They'll get at least 10 more wins.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

But they usually have the most trouble with some of the worse teams don't they?

Wouldn't that also knock them out of the running for some of the very top draft picks?

i don't think he cares anymore. i know he's never been an animated type coach on the bench, but he really can't muster any emotion for his team during games?

based on what I read about Dolan & co meeting Isiah yesterday and his rotation- playing Randolf Morris & Chandler & subbing Chandler in for Nate- I've got to surmise that perhaps Dolan told Isiah to tank.

If that is the case, then if Dolan fires Isiah, he must be paying him off the full amount or a pre arranged buy out amount.

Dolan doesn't even know what tank means in sports. Hell, he probably doesn't even know the word tank at all. That's just baseless speculation.

There is no comparison between Cap'n Zeke and the scurvey dog Brown. For one thing, Cap'n Zeke would ever be so foolish as to bring in two useless crewmen such as Steve Francis and Jalen Rose. Also, he doesn't decide which crewmen should be on deck based upon the fact that the ship is in that crewman's home port. Cap'n Zeke is having to try to right the ship after the disastrous treachery of Brown and the incompetence of Layden. We need to give Cap'n Zeke more time. He'll right the ship eventually.

I agree about Layden, but Brown? auh, didn't cap'n dip hire him and end up costing dolan 28 million? And aren't we now seeing virtually the same identicle record Brown put up? Yes?

It's like a Twilight Zone episode, where the vilan suddenly finds himself in the victims place. How does it feel isiah? Now you know what Brown was dealing with. Unfortunately, we can't blame any of that on Layden.

I'll never trust this' team again.

Getting closer to the record. They better get moving very fast if they want to finish .500 with last 20.

What are the possibilities?......................... "ZERO".

You said just 2weeks ago they were going to win 30-33gms. I said they would win 37gms before the season started yet the team continues to fail and meet our already low expectations.

I think it is great that Isiah is finally forced to deal with the mess that he created as GM. There is no one to blame for this but himself. He got the players, he coaches them. He is in a similar situation to Pat Riley except that Pat is a global thinker, doesn't put together a team without regard to character, chemistry, position, and salary cap. Isiah is learning what two hall of fame coaches before him learned. He is learning that he sucks as a gm and does not have the ability to put a team together. I also do not think he has the ability to coach successfully. The one thing he has done successfully in the past is create relationships with players who are very loyal to him. However, that has run its course in ny.

I agree with this. I find it funny that 'you think' he doesn't have the ability to coach'!

As far as relationships are concerned, one, loyalty doesn't mean a thing to me, because it's always about the money. And two, just ask dolan about isiah developing realationships, since he cost him millions over his relationship with Anucha.

Hell' he won't have to coach again, just to prove himself!

isiahs proving that Brown, as coach, was actually better than him!!!

That will be nice redemption and if isiah still isn't fired, then I won't know what to think anymore. Perhaps mental illness has spread up into the high office of a one, james dolan. It's like that old movie 'Invasion Of The Body Snatcher'. funny stuff.
