Eddy Curry has told reporters that he is not going to change who he is, and he is questioning his role with the Knicks, the New York Post is reporting.

Curry played 26 minutes, which is much more than in previous games, but was mostly unimpressive and was burnt by Andrea Bargnani, who finished with 25 points in the Raptors win.

"I'm not going to change who I am," Curry said. "I really hope I fit in here. I hope they see I do, because I feel I do. I got to work on my jump hook. Last year I made more than I made right now."


Wow, well, okay....we already knew this because we know you peaked last season. Last season was the best Eddy Curry can be and it came at a price of 8 turnovers a game (4 for Eddy himself once he got the ball, 4 by guards who ended up turning it over trying to force feed him) and he still only got 19/7 and played zero defense.

So, now Eddy tells us flat out he thinks he's as good as he will be and won't bother trying to improve anything. Well, that's just great.

To add why we need to tear this thing down I'm certain that Crawful and Zachass and QBrick all feel the same about their games as does TruckBury.

So, our starting five is horrible, they can't play together, and they have no intent on trying to improve their games or team games.

Yet, management and believe it or not some fans still cling to hope that an Artest or JO trade and Derrick Rose would somehow change the entire culture of this team? Then we'd just sit back and watch 55 win seasons roll in?


Yeah....whatever.

The only problem with this - it is old news and banging the head out of Dolan wall will not help.
This organization is lost case in so many ways so only miracle can help.

Eddy thinks it's his offense that's the problem. He's gonna work on his jump hook now (what happened to the jumper?) rather than defense and rebounding. And why not, Isiah already told us Eddy will never be a good defender or rebounder, so they've giving up on that aspect of the game.

I remember marbury telling us, and Larry Brown, that he wont change the way he plays either.

These are our captains and franchise players. Dumb (in a basketball sense), inflexible, uncoachable.

Eddy, tell us this year you're you're playing like Curry, and next year you've got to get back to playing like McCurry, and you don't care what the coach thinks.

I love this game.

He's a baby, that's all, nothing less nothing more. Not surprising he's talking like this. He needs to be spoon fed, he doesn't understand where this criticism is coming from, and he was never taught to learn to try to be the best.

Where is all this Curry hate coming from? The man is an All-Star, heading up a championship Knicks squad. People just hate on him because they hate Zeke and Marbs. Well, Zeke, Marbs & Curry ain't going anywhere, so you guys might as well just go become Celtics fans. I'm sure you'd be happier that way.

Curry: You're just fine the way you are. Don't change a thing. (If I might just make one suggestion however - you're looking kinda skinny these days. I'd like to see you put on another, oh, 40-50 pounds.)

Now, I understand that the quote is probably just a little out of context but how come Curry NEVER talks about blocking out when a shot goes up, rebounding or playing defense as things he needs to work on?

And how come Isiah never does either?
