-He spoke to a Knicks contact. Zach and Curry are staying until the summer. Knicks can't do anything before then with them.

-Denver's problem with Artest is how to integrate him and Carmelo without Iverson playing the point.

-Rod Thorn says Harris deserves the chance to play with Carter and Jefferson so they can see what he can do. Changes made over the summer.

my take is that no other team is interested in those two guys, not that the Knicks want to keep them or are not interested in moving them.

Exactly. You don't shop players all month and then decide it would have been better anyway to keep them until the summer.

I would sell Curry to Miami Hard. They are in win now mode. Curry and Jefferies for the expirings of Davis and Williams.

I love it that both Eddy and Zach are on the table. Our fearless leader has faith in neither. These are our studs, and they're both busts, to go along with our other premier star, MIAbury.

4 years on the job and we barely have a starter. Crawford and Lee are the closest things we have to starters and Jamal is 6th man material and Lee doesn't start.

C'mon Isiah, just resign. Throw up the white flag and let Dolan off the hook for your contract. Do one thing with dignity while you're here; exit gracefully.

What this dumb mother ****er has done, is destroy the fragile ego of Eddy Curry. Eddy obviously is mentally as well as physically soft and hasn't responded well. All his value has dissapeared and Isiah's small ball argument )Garnett, Howard, Amare, Yao, Gasol, Bnyum, Rasheed Wallce, Duncan, etc) has only increased the desperation here.

Zach has helped further destroy the team and instead of going into next season with the two biggest chips on the market Francis/Marbury's contract and Channing Frye to just add as a filler in a deal we are now wondering how we are going to get rid of a contract that should have never morphed from Penny to Francis to Zach.

Maybe teams in "lose now" mode would be more interested in Eddy!

I wonder if SAS still likes Isiah. I haven't listened to him in awhile.

I think we should have offered Curry to Miami or Chicago. I find it hard to believe that Miami would not have taken Curry for an expiring contract and D. Cook, who I liked in the draft. And a Curry deal would have been way better than that crap Chicago got from Cleveland. Curry and Chandler or Morris for Ben Wallace and a draft pick is a better deal than taking on Hughes terrible contract and adding Gooden, who duplicates Thomas (although Gooden is probably a slightly better scorer). I also would have taken Q-Rich over Hughes.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.
