This team is dead. Its over.

Isiah needs to trade a few faces and get guys like K-mart, wally, watson, jr smith, etc....those are just some guys we discussed. If he doesn't want to do that or can't do it....he needs to trade away guys to get cap relief and or draft picks.

Its done. If he does not make a move and we have to hear his whiney, slow, annoying voice describe to us how good this team will be with more time and coaching?

FIRE HIM!

more like if he does make a trade he deserves to be fired. History has shown that Isiah making a trade only makes things worse. I'm guessing he can't anyway. I don't think Dolan would allow a lameduck GM to make a trade. If he does make a trade then we're doomed.

I tell you what, if Isiah got those 2 guys, and KMart was healthy, and added them to our core and we still had Larry Brown, they would fit.

Yeah we discussed this in the Denver thread. At some point we have to learn from making those kind of trades. Every time we brought in a Marbury, Crawford, Curry, Zach, Francis, fans justified they were better than the players they were replacing, therefore we would be better. Well we've been wrong 100 times over.

I'd rather hold onto them and suck really bad for another yr or buy them out, vs making anymore CLUSTERSTARPHUCH trades.

So he should be fired then. If anything Isiah does is bad, then why keep him. Nobody wants him to do anything. We can't have a GM that doesn't do anything.....sounds a veggie tale movie.

We gotta do something man. I say Isiah has to pick a path......if he doesn't make a move......

.......I say we should launch a protest, boycott, and a sit in....whatever it takes man.

Dude, who are you talking to? You're getting a little repetitive and annoying in your posts.

You keep asking for some dumb trades to happen or you want Isiah fired? The same guy who destroyed this team is the guy you want making trades? Furthermore, Isiah making trades will show that he is still in charge. We don't want both Isish's job status secure and any garbage he brings over in a trade.

Everyone wants Isiah Thomas fired before he harms the franchise any further and making a trade is harming the franchise.

It's too bad Isiah's best trait is getting players who don't mesh together. Atleast when Larry was around, we could expect a certain type of player and could have went after players that fit that mold.

I see what you're saying man, moves need to be made and if we are all afraid of the moves that Isiah could potentially make, then thats a horrible sign. I think we're all in agreement to the fact that he should be fired.

When was the last time the knicks traded a contract for expiring contracts and draft picks?? When was the last time the knicks let contracts expire got under the cap and sign a quality free agent. The last time the knicks had the cap space to sign a free agent without the mid level exception was Alan Houston. Thats a looong time ago. So anyone that believes this is what the knicks will do is setting themselves up for failure.

The only thing we can hope for is that they at least trade and trade for players to balance out the roster. Or at least bring in a coach and gm with the same plan. Then trade and trade for players to balance out the roster.

Curry or Randolph has to go or both. We need a good pure pg. We need an upgrade at the SF position. We need a great shotblocker down low.

No. Isiah needed to not make the 97 trades he'd made over the 4+ years he's been here. Had he simply done what was obvious to some of us (stand pat), we'd be in a much better situation than our current one. Making more trades is almost doomed to failure in the Knicks situation.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Should be the other way around. If he pulls the trigger on another trade, which is going to be a dumb one I guarantee you; He should be fired.

Why would anyone want this guy to make another trade? He built the team around Marbs and failed. Eddie and failed. Eddie and Zach and failed. Now he's planting the seeds for another rebuilding. Enough. I don't want this guy making another move for this team in order to salvage this season by turning it from a 25 win team to a 32 win team. Enough is enough

trading for KMart won't fug us any worse than we're at right now capwise... big deal if we lose Zach... he ain't doing jack for us as it is & we clearly need a shakeup around here... even if KMart's not healthy it's a positive since it allows D Lee to get burn as a starter... i don't see the negatives there to be honest... not quite sure why DEN would even want Zach but if they'd make this deal i'd be all for it.

Any move that is made, that doesn't put us in position to obtain picks or have salary come off the books in the coming years is a bad trade. If a trade is made to build on top of this current team so we can somehow back into an 8th seed I am going to shoot myself. No more building on top of this current team. Break it up already!!!!!!!! Time to find a real player to build around. Enough of these unmotivated jokers

anything is better than what we got going right now... it doesn't hurt us in any way, shape or form... the fact that i also don't want to build on top of this current team anymore is the exact reason why i want Zach & Curry outta here... until someone tells me how we're getting that real player to build around i don't get the opposition to this one to be honest... we still will have that lottery pick, so that's our only real out... until that happens, if there's any possible way to get rid of Zach w/o sacrificing any future cap flexibility or youth, i'm all for it, so i have to disagree w/u on this one.

My way of thinking is that KMart's value is lower than Zach's so we'd be lowering our flexibility. Also I don't think Kenyon would be happy coming off the bench behind Lee. It seems like a bad trade to me.

Agreed because what happens once a lateral or mistake trade is made we have to spend time trying to make it work or justify it. Forget that, we've had our fair share of this. If you can't make these kind of trades then buy them out plain and simple.

And if he blows out his knee again we're screwed. No need to play Rush and Roulette on trades.

That's all I'm saying. Trading a few guys in the locker room is key......either if its for guys we've talked about or others.

I might be annoying to some but wtf is the point of saying you don't want Isiah to make any more moves. That's annoying as hell. Its easy to sit back and repeat posts everyday of how dumb someone elses ideas are.

We are on an internet forum about the Knicks! Don't think you are a better loser than anyone else here.

That's all I gotta say. Everyone wants isiah fired. Since he won't get fired cuz of the dolans.....then yes isiah needs to ****ing do something to prepare for the draft and the off-season.

The end.
