Hahaha. This is very accurate.

These are the bums of the league. Not sure how Vince Carter made the list, though.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Vince Carter has the talent to be almost as good Kobe Bryant, but hasn't ever had the heart on a consistent basis.

Not that the data from this question is not fun to ask, meaning I'm not saying it's not worth asking...

But we can't expect the results to be considered remotely close to valid as posting the poll on this forum is like 101 of How to Lie With Statistics.

We are a very biased sample, and the numbers are already demonstrating this.

We might as well, ask on Moveon.org:

Who is the president that has done the least positively for the U.S. and World with all of the resources and power the nation has?

A) Bill Clinton
B) Jimmy Carter
C) George Bush

Although, this isn't quite an exact replica of the question in a different situation...you get the point.

Yeah I was just gonna post it without the poll, but I had admit I had some curiosity to see how overwhelmingly this forum would vote for Curry. Besides the real poll was already conducted- so this is for fun, not science.

Ok, but he's actually a very good player on this list. Vince is a quasi-star, he's just not a hall of famer. Most of the other players on this list aren't starter quality and should be stars.

Vince should be an alltimer. The question is who gets the most out of the least talent, not who's the crappiest player that should be better. If you're talent level is gargantuan, you can be a really good player and still not be getting the most out of it.

For example, Stephon Marbury could've been on this list for the longest time...

The fact that both Curry and Vince are on the list - really makes me happy I don't read ESPN. There are hardly any media sources that actually have analysis - they have all moved to the highly specialized area of mob control- whether its the NYT , Fox News, CNN, MSNBC and of course ESPN.

What is it have to do with ESPN? Sports Illustrated asked 242 NBA PLAYERS what they thought and thos were their responses.

u seem to have failed to understand the parameters of this poll... it says who does the least with the most talent, which means you must have talent in order to qualify.

All I am saying is - I am sure i could come up with a bunch of different players talent wise. Even today- for example - I guess i order: Rasheed Wallace, Chris Webber, Steve Francis, Stephan Marbury, Tracy McGrady, Darius Miles (Rodney White),, tshivili (or whatever the dude drafted by Denver), to name a very few in recent history -- in terms of draft picks - Rodney White, Felipe Lopez, Deshawn Stevenson.

Look its like a poll- you can only pick fro pre-determined choices -in some way -designed to guide you to an answer. However I would have loved to see results in terms of all time. Say like David Thompson from the Nuggets , Darryl Dawkins and I hate to say it but both Shawn Kemp and even Moses in his own way.

He had talent! At some point. I think. Maybe... Kings playoff series? Does that count?

(he could do that all the time if he wanted but he clearly doesnt...)
